my family and I went there for dinner tonight at 7:08 p.m. imagine my surprise to find people inside and the door locked. the sign in the window said they closed at 8 p.m. confused, we checked the handle again and someone let us in. as they let us in, we exchanged words to the effect of- "huh- strange that was locked." the woman behind the counter said in a less than friendly tone, "because I locked it." my wife asked if they closed at 7, and the woman said, "no, but we're behind so I closed it." she was CLEARLY annoyed, I said we're leaving. she then acted even more annoyed and said, "it's fine- you can stay." her tone wasn't reconciliatory, or even like she would do us a favor. it was more like she would tolerate our presence us long enough to serve us. that solidified we we're leaving, and on our way to the parking lot we told 4 car loads of people that they'd decided to close an hour early. I plan to follow up tomorrow, and we likely won't be back. considering we ate here everytime we came to Henrietta it's a huge disappointment. if I were the owner I know I'd be furious to find out staff were turning away dozens of paying customers because they were "behind," and that their decision to close prior to the posted times was taking money out...
Read moreBeen coming here for years now. In a city with a nationally renowned dying economy, you'd think a local business would show some appreciation. The last few times I've been here my bill has come to a total of a certain dollar amount and .01cent. On BOTH occasions I've had to give a 5 or 10 dollar bill because I didn't have a penny on me and they gave me back cash and .99cents without ever offering not worry about the penny. REALLY? You can't throw in the 1 cent for a regular customer? Are you THAT desperate? Then the clerks behind the counter were whispering and snickering at me amongst themselves. On top of that the wrap they were "attempting" to make broke 3 times because the clerk didn't know how to wrap it and the inside had to be transferred 3 times. Needless to say it didn't have the most appetizing appearance after all that. They never even offered to warm up the pita before making it. THEN to add unsult to injury, there was a LONG BLACK hair in it! Pita Pita, guess, what I'm DONE. And I'm telling EVERYONE I know this story. Maybe now you'll learn to appreciate your customers before you go bankrupt. ...

This is where people want to write - can I give no stars? I couldn't get past the phone with this company. I called the local number for catering* and got Ben. I was two sentences into explaining what information I was looking for, and he said he was going to transfer me "to the front" with no explanation. The next person spoke so fast, I asked if she could please tell me who I was speaking to, and she hung up on me LOL! I called back, and when I explained the above to the third person, she asked if I tried the local number. Here's where my asterisk from above comes in - the number I'd called both times was certainly a local area code and exchange. Why was I not speaking to a local contact? NO STARS...
