White Castle — Restaurant in Town of Huntington

This is the 2nd time my food was not at the proper temperature someone is going to get sick with Foodborne illness the burgers will look cool, not even hot. The cheese was not even melted. I called the store spoke to the supervisor Miss Hernandez. She was very nasty told me the only thing she could do is give me a discount. Then I asked for the corporate phone number she says I don’t have it with an attitude. This is not the proper way for any manager other store or supervisor to talk to customers so I had to look up the phone number myself and call customer service at White Castle and got a nice gentleman called John, he said he was a supervisor and will make sure that this problem will be addressed and to get my money back!! Next time I will have my temperature gun with me take a picture of the receipt and the food temperature and I will post it showing they’re not cooking the food, the proper way, especially if the customer asked to make sure the food is hot and off the grill! I am Spanish myself, but these people come here thinking it’s their way and don’t care about the franchise of white castles and how to treat customers they’re gonna lose their business. My wife and I went there for Valentine’s Day. Now before your jaw drops in confusion, read this out. Every year for the last 6, we have been doing this on Valentine’s Day. Friends of our mentioned it and have been doing ever since. You do have to make reservations for this night, be sure to book early because THEY ALWAYS pack out. They decorate the inside with all kinds of Valentine decor from colorful hanging mobiles to linen table cloths and reserved tables with a name plaque on it. They have an area on the back wall set up for photo ops and have wait service at the tables to take and bring your orders. It’s not your stereotypical dinner out but if you live White Castle, you have to experience it at least once. It is the same menu as always but they print it out on special valentine themed paper to make it easy to order from the table. The staff will even refill your drinks or take a last minute add-on. I gave the food a 4 star rating, after all it is “Fast Food” but the decorations and table service was great. We will book again next year. Thank you White Castle for your Valentine...

I ordered this food (Bacon Bundle w Onion Rings) at exactly 2:09AM. They said it would be a 15 minute wait, so I got to driving. I didn’t expect much because it was 2 in the morning and i’m just really hungry. On my drive there were no cars and let’s just say I got there really fast. Got on drive thru cause I was too lazy to walk in there. Waited about 5 minutes because there were people on the drive thru but no biggie. I got the food and let me just say it looked immaculate honestly expect so much worse especially because i’ve heard horrible stories about people not feeling and let me tell you that I devoured my meal on the drive. Without a doubt the food was most definitely made with love and I shall reciprocate the next time I order. Compliments to the chef. I honestly do not care if I do not feel so well tomorrow this is the best meal of my life. I will tell my family once I arrive home.
