Love having a dq finally and understand that it will take a bit of time to get everything running smoothly, however on the several times I have been, I have had issues with the staff in the kitchen....the staff behind the register has always been great, helpful and seemingly trying to do a good job, but the staff making the blizzards has been very unprofessional and gotten my order incorrect almost every time though sometimes caught by the register staff, but this last time when it was virtually empty of other customers, I ordered a blizzard and specified no peanuts and order was entered as a peanut allergy but of course, peanuts were still added and I didn't realize until I began to eat it....which is dangerous...for the cost of the food, which is great when made correctly though quality is already declining, it seems there should not still be staff that are not caring enough to be sure a simple blizzard is correct, as they are typically joking around and making comments that make it obvious they don't care whether they do a good job...or care about pleasing the customers. My little sister worked at Burger King and no one expects first time employees to be perfect, but there should be an attempt to ensure a certain standard of service and accuracy is being achieved so that customers get what they pay for, don't feel as if they are a burden to the staff and don't receive food that could kill them in the case of the peanuts....I never write reviews, but this time I was really bothered that some child could have gotten really sick and when I called to speak to manager they blew me off on the phone. It's a shame that a few of the staff are ruining a good place and will eventually spoil the good workers. Which is being proven by it being empty...
Read moreREAD THIS:So I ordered a blizzard and they flavor was not at all what I expected so I brought it back to the front desk and asked if I could exchange it that it didn't agree with me in the taste of the pecans the guy looked at me Frozen and said there's nothing we can do to help he asked me if I was sure I said of course I don't like the taste of the peanuts I said can I please have strawberry one he said I can't do that I said can I please speak to the manager he said I am the manager I said can you change it he said no I can't change it he just kept staring at me in between these sentences that he was saying the lady next to me said to him just give her another blizzard he walked away and the lady asked me if he was on drugs I said it sure looks like it not exactly sure what's going on there but I wouldn't recommend going there while I was there for the 10 minutes three people brought food back saying that they waited too long for the delivery two of them were Ubers delivery guys the place is a disaster FINALLY I ASKED HIM IF I COULD HAVE MY MONEY BACK AND HE ASKED ME ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT THE MONEY BACK I SAID I'M As SURE as MY NAME IS CATHERINE I'LL TAKE THE MONEY BACK!
Today against my better judgement we went back because my husband insisted we give them another chance so off we go we ordered 2 blizzards and a parfait great the girl at the counter says is it ok we can't give you a receipt we ran out of paper I said not really can't you ask someone to help you she was holding a new roll in her hand . Omg really I can't take it . It's very sad.a week later a different crew working...

That was fine but I only got chicken and fries I waited a half an hour for my chicken and both people behind me got their food so I went inside to see where it was and they told me they would check on it so I went back outside and they locked the door behind me??? I waited 10 more minutes and it still didn't come out and I couldn't ask anyone because the door was locked. Finally they came out with the food I assumed the order was correct so I parked in the parking lot to eat it only to realize they messed up my order and when I tried to get someone's attention from outside to fix it (since they locked the door and I couldn't go in and ask) no one came to help me so my only other option was to wait on an insanely long line at the drive through again so they can fix my order but the line was taking forever so I just ended up eating what they gave me. :( bro I'm never coming to dairy queen again.
