Pollo Campero — Restaurant in Town of Huntington

Where can I begin. I only been there once in which this would be my second time. I came in for the free salad coupon i got in the mail. My friend did not eat much all day so he got something. Waited 30 minutes for food because the server gave away our order by mistake. Then they started to prepare another order. The salad was good, they gave my friend extra fries to compensate us for the wait as well as another coupon BUT they gave us HALF the chicken that was supposed to BE included in my order. Me and my friend will NOT be going back there. The food quality is good, they were polite but understaffed which showed poor distribution of products and services to pollo campero consumers. They need more staff to work the line. It would have been better if they got it right the first time. So basically I paid more money, for more chicken, for no reason. Signed, unhappy customer. I’ve never made a google review before but this warranted making my first one. There are many issues here so I’m not sure where to start. First off, the food was lack luster and that’s putting it nicely furthermore, the staff couldn’t make heads of what I was trying to order. Just ate a chicken sandwich with fries and a 2 piece chicken meal a half hour ago and i’m already in the throws of a stomach ache. Secondly, from a strategic business planning standpoint- i’m not sure if this is a corporate of franchisee model but planting this location between a KFC and Popeyes seems like a huge oversight. Worst experience ever with this store in huntington. Today I placed an order around 11:30 doordash driver has waiting my order and then they canceled around 12:50 pm. So when i called to the customer service the reason was "they are having some issues in the store thats why they dont taking order online" reallyyyyyy after almost 1:30 hours waiting for my order you say that. seriously? the worst part was our team work lunch meeting and i was the person in charge. very dissapointed of pollo campero and your team....
