My experience was based solely off the bar. It was a soft opening but my opinion if your going to open be prepared and make sure you have proper inventory and your staff is properly trained otherwise why bother. I went in for a drink to blow off steam with a friend and for me the choice was not right. The first drink was not made proper and had no flavor and the bartender did not have all the ingredients to make a proper drink which is fine but I should have been notified so I could have chosen something else, he knew the drink wasn’t correct and made another drink which was slightly better but still subpar at best charging me for one of only the two but making sure to comment on how he didn’t charge me for one of them. Where is the etiquette anymore??? Or the common sense?? In an effort to make as much profit without paying people properly the restaurant industry has driven out all the professionals that know how to take care of their customers. There is an art to the service industry , if you want to charge premium prices for drinks then provide an exceptional service that’s builds value for the customer. The sad fact is it took forever to get my drinks the bar was not overly crowded either. The final straw was ordering shots, I’ve never been served a smaller shot in my life, the bartender was using the small side of the jigger which is only .75 oz industry standard is 1.25-1.5 for a proper shot. Their receipt did specify 1oz but even that I was not served. I had every intention of ordering food and having dinner, but when I realized the bar was incompetent the food couldn’t be much better. I prefer to write positive reviews and tell people of great finds but this unfortunately is not one of those reviews. I would not return or recommend based solely off my...

We’d like to start by thanking the Chef—the food was excellent and truly the highlight of our visit. However, the overall experience was affected by the service, which we feel needs attention.
From the moment we arrived, service was lacking. Staff appeared unprepared, and we were left waiting while tables were still being cleared. This wasn’t just our experience—other clients arriving after us (around 2–3 tables) faced the same issue.
One team member in particular—the bartender (bold, bald gentleman)—came across as unprofessional in how he addressed customers. There’s a need for a reality check in terms of client interaction, and a greater focus on being service-oriented.
We also suggest that servers receive proper training before being given full responsibility for tables. Basic service etiquette, like avoiding leaning over customers or slamming dishes on the table, makes a big difference in the dining experience.
This feedback is offered in the spirit of support. You have a great product with your food—please ensure that the service matches the quality coming out of the kitchen. With some attention to staff training and customer service, we believe your restaurant can truly stand...
Read moreHey Joe, I was told your the guy at this location and I was told there was no manager to speak with,
About my visit it was unacceptable, my food came back wrong and skimpy To be specific, the margarita machine was out of order the evening I visited , and me and my wife both ... BOTH , ask for no peppers or onion in your burritos , so weird why would 1 come back wrong with the peppers.
Also your FAKE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT on your TVs buy 2 burritos and get a 3rd offer was denied and I was told it's not as advertised... I wonder how many other deals your not honoring , I dont plan to come back for the 3 tacos on a full moon for 1 dollar each , I'll probably arrive with 9 dollars to feed my family and get denied the promotion ..... so thanks but no thanks, thats bad business even if its not meant intentionally.
Let's get into my burrito ishh, you will see my photo of the miniscule amount of rice in my burritos .. looked like a garnish , luckily the server did understand my dilemma here and she got me a side of rice to compensate for the cooks lack and attention to detail.
Sorry but I pay a lot of money to each, it should not come looking insignificant. Smdm...
Will update post if anything if to transpire...
