I was picking up for a customer and the app said the order was ready, meaning I could have just gone in there, grabbed the order and been right on my way, except the following happened: no one was at the counter and all the orders were kept in the back! Only three employees were working that night, two at the workstation and one at the drive-thru. One of them literally stared at me and did nothing to help, and kept on chatting with her friend instead. I peeked in the back and that third person was not coming. I was forced to go in the drive-thru and wait twice as long for something that should have taken mere minutes. While I understand that they were short-staffed at night, I should have just been able to pick up at the counter. And last but not least, when I pull up to the window, I was not only given a distrustful set of questions from the staff but also made to feel like they couldn’t care less that service provided that night was poor. Next time, have somebody at the counter to process people waiting for their food there, so things like this can be avoided...

I don't know what the problem is at this location, but this is not only the worst Taco Bell that I've ever been to, but the worst fast food restaurant as well. Our order is always done via the app, and everytime we arrive, it takes 15 to 25 minutes for them to get it to us. This last visit topps all of the worst experiences. Not only did we wait for s long time at the window, the order was totally wrong. Not one single item was right, and they didn't give us our drinks, the girl actually looked lost when we asked for our drinks. Instead of going here for something to eat, just throw your money out the window and lick the tires of the trucks stuck in traffic on the LIE, at least you know what you're getting they're. I really don't know why this location is still open, considering how many people that I've fun into have said the place sucks. Please Taco Bell and Yumm Industries Corporation, shut this...
Read moreMy experience today as a customer was terrible, today during my lunch break I went to this taco bell for the first time. Since it's Friday for religious reasons I didn't want to eat meat, taco bell changes it's Manu constantly and I wasn't sure of what I wanted to ordered. Mind you it was not busy, there were no cars waiting in the drive through after I ordered a burrito I wasn't sure what I wanted next and the employee asked do I want anything else I told her to give me a minute then she proceeded in Spanish to tell in which I assumed her manager that I was not hurrying up. The manager then asked me do I want anything else? I responded in Spanish I wanted another burrito. The customer service was disappointing I will not give them my service again. I wasn't even there for 5 minutes but since the drive through has a timer they want to rush customers. Corporate should educate from top to bottom because it's Not okay for management to enable it's employees...
