Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Hyde Park

I'm surprised at some of the reviews! I'm a pizza lover and couldn't wait for them to open . I have ordered 3 times from them already. The first time the food arrived in 20min at my door. I ordered online Bc it's so much easier then calling and if you put in your number you get updates on your order status and when the driver is on way. Also if you do it online your previous orders are saved for quick reordering in future. The same driver I got a few times and he's so kind . The last time I ordered something they called me within 2 min to say they needed to cancel my order bc they had a small oven fire. I couldn't believe in just a few days I got a personal letter from the owner apologizing for the inconvenience and sent me a free gift certificate for a free pie. People need to give this place a chance. They just opened and we have never had a chain place besides McDonald's here and everyone is calling and ordering and excited to try them out. They most likely got bombarded and need to come up with a strategy to be on top of the orders and to keep customers satisfied. I try not to order Fridays and Saturdays bc they are SO NEW and everyone is prob ordering then. For the person who said they got food poisoning 🤦🏻‍♀️ The stomach bug and flu is going around like crazy. Let's not point fingers. THANKYOU DOMINOS FOR COMING TO HYDE PARK. YOU HAVE A HAPPY...

They messed up are order. (Which was simple) half and half and instead got a butchered mess. It tasted fine, but I couldn't eat most of the pizza. The cheesey bread was good but pizza but cheap. Get the extras here but not the pizza. The service was quick and cold. I would go to another dominos or another pizza restaurant in general. Warning sloppy cooks. Dark hair in the food, but it was cheap so what do you expect.

I have yet again tried this domino's 1/21/2022. I do not understand how you can not cut a pizza properly. It was somehow cut worse and somehow undercooked. The pizza was called in advance and wasn't ready on time. The staff seem smart enough to know how to do tasks. From what I could smell off one employee,I'm assuming they are all drinking on the job. It's very unfortunate that I can't give zero stars. Just don't...

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

We waited well over 2 hours for one small personal size pizza and an order of cheesy bread. What pathetic service.... Not only did waiting time online increase but when I finally called to see what was going on the guy had absolutely no idea what hell he was doing. He couldn’t even find our order. We apparently didn’t even have one.... so I tell him to cancel our non-existant order and then he doesn’t even apologize for his horrible service. Then 2 hours late the delivery guy shows up.... after we have all eaten. Horrible communication and really quite a disappointment. We really do like dominos but after this experience really reconsidering ever ordering again.....

SO BE AWARE IF YOU DECIDE TO ORDER FROM THIS PARTICULAR DOMINOS. DON’T EXPECT DECENT SERVICE. YOUR FOOD WILL BE LATE AND WILL BE BURNT...
