My husband ordered a blt with extra bacon then found out half way through the sub being made they were out of bacon. So when he changed his sub to something diffrent the guy got mad because he had to through the half made sub away. I orderd a seaseme bun and they were out of that too!! I ordered a small hot sub. and got a medium cold sub.Charged for the medium also. I told the guy who cashed me out i ordered a small and he said its a medium and then charged me for the medium anyway!! It was supposed to be hot and it was cold. I even told the guy a second time could you please make it hot and he looked at me like his life was over. So out of pitty i told him never mind because you already made it cold. My husband changed his order to a steak sub once he found out there was no bacon and recieved a soggy steak sub. We both left very angry. If i order a small hot sub and you give me a medium cold sub and i say to the cashier i ordered a small why charge me for a medium?? Im still very upset about this experience. Read moreI want to start off and say Dibella's subs are great love them, but after ordering so many times over the phone the employees just cant seem to get anything right. Example 1 of many but today 9/8/2017 my co-workers & myself order a sub, 4 total 2 hot subs 2 cold subs. the 2 hot subs was ok this time around but the cold subs was nothing i had asked for from the size to the meat & topping of the sub, i mean its happen every time my colleges & i order. With a 30min lunch break nobody has time to drive back and forth to get the order right Please making subs is not a hard. Talk with your employees tell them to carefully read the order correctly . The food is great but the service is slacking every time we order and its disappointing, as for the costumer service aspect of things people like satisfaction so if an order is wrong offer something other then mailing out a coupon that takes forever to get if its really being sent out just saying. No hard feeling looking forward to a better service when ordering...
Read moreMy girlfriend and I ordered some subs via the Dibellas website for contactless delivery. They use doordash for their deliveries apparently. The dude dropped off TacoBell, not even from the right restaurant. When we called Dibellas they told us there's nothing they can do and it's not their problem and to contact doordash. We wouldn't have the doordash contact info because we didn't order through them, we ordered through the Dibellas website. So basically we got no food and wasted a bunch of money and no one's going to take responsibility. We paid good money to not get our food. Just go to Wegmans or Jersey Mike's. Would never order from Dibellas again. UPDATE: Two hours and 4 phone-calls later, finally a district manager called us and gave us a refund. That being said, it shouldn't take 2 hours and a district manager for us to get a simple refund for food we didn't receive. Still avoid, save yourself...
