Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Irondequoit

I had the ABSOLUTE WORST experience at this DD location today. I am Sooooo mad still!!! I stopped here on my way to the laundromat to wash my winter comforters and I simply ordered a sausage/ egg/ cheese croissant for myself, and a sausage/ cheese croissant for my hubby and a strawberry Sabrina daydream. I pay 14.98 for my order and go on my way. Low and behold one of the sandwiches has NO SAUSAGE!!! I finish washing my comforters and throw my sandwich back in the bag in my car and said I'll take it back on my way home. I get back to DD and the manager/ owner/ head honcho/ sandwich king or whomever he is takes my return to the level of WW3!!! I said sir, I don't want my money back I would just like the sausage on my sandwich. He accused me of taking the sausage off of the sandwich, eating it and then asking for another sausage!!! REALLY??? I said sir you messed up the order and all you should do is say sorry, my bad and I'll make you another sandwich. It was RIDICULOUS!!! This guy argued with me for at least 5 minutes!!! By this time I didn't even want the sandwich. Needless to say, I COULD BE STARVING, and I would NEVER eat from this location again. They don't deserve ANY of my hard earned money!!! First, I've had multiple bad experiences at this location, so this is the last straw. Drove up to the intercom which had a sign on it that simply said, "closed". There were cars getting coffee in front of me, so I figured we were ordering at the window. Mind you, I waited to make sure the sign wasn't still up even after the intercom had been fixed, but nobody asked for my order, so I pulled up.

When I got to the window, the man inside told me I "couldn't order at the window". When I told him about the sign, he begrudgingly took my order. After being given the drinks (one of them incorrect, but I let it go), I waited for the 5 munchkins I ordered. They did not come. When the window opened again, I told the woman inside that I had ordered munchkins. She checked the receipt and vowed that I had not. When I stuck out my phone to pay for the munchkins she said, "no, we already let you do that once. You either have to pull around and go inside or go somewhere else. You're holding up the line!". Really?! I pulled around and walked inside. Ordered 5 chocolate munchkins and counted while they got them and I paid. IT TOOK 20 SECONDS!!!!!! I told them that. Never going...

I typically go there with high hopes mid morning on Saturday. Every time I’m disappointed. The incredibly small parking lot only allows a few car safely in the drive through. Add to it the fact that this is probably the SLOWEST Dunkin’ in the area. Getting to the box usually takes about 10 minutes and typically it takes two to three minutes before an associate takes your order at the box. Then I have to hope they make the order correctly. Today everything that they could’ve done wrong they did wrong. Incorrect donuts and the coffee was made incorrectly. The girl working there mumbles quickly and never asked for clarification which could’ve prevented this review. Tried calling to see if any of this could’ve been recitified and no one answered and the mailbox is full, probably with complaints. Considering that there are three other locations in a 3-5 mile radius there is no reason to continue wasting the time and energy hoping this location makes a quick turn around.
