First time in 8 visits I've ever had a problem. Ordered 2 subs. One missing meat on 1/4 of the sub. Neither had melted cheese or Chipotle mayo, as requested. We called, and could not drive back to get them remade. They said if we came back the next day, they would take down our names and remake them. We discarded the subs.
Upon arriving to get them remade, we were told we needed to have the subs with us. The employee I spoke to informed me they ordered the person on the phone to tell me that. Had they, I would not have discarded them. Instead, the employees insinuate I'm lying to them.
I'm speaking to customer service via the app, as clearly if I want a sub made right, I need to physically be at the store.
It frustrates me to say I won't be returning to this location, or any Jersey Mike's ever again.
Edit: After seeing my review they called to interrogate me about the misunderstanding we appear to be having, and attempting to engage in an argument over 2 subs with an attitude that I didn't appreciate and did not make me feel like an appreciated customer. I don't need any more excuses as to why the grill was overused, "dirty," or "caked on with something." Its not my business. I pay for food, I get the food made correctly. I didn't choose to engage in hostile negotiations over the club subs debate of 2023. I went for dinner, not an argument. I don't know if this is Jersey Mike's standard, but after my official Customer Service Ticket and my first Feedback report on the app, this new unpleasant interaction sadly warrants a third. We'll see if they ever make my subs right, or if I give up and move on. Either way, will never conduct further business at any Jersey Mike's location, especially not this one. Don't call me to harass me while I'm eating dinner. Don't call me to "clarify your miscommunication." There was a screw-up so we didn't get what we ordered, and you're making me bend over backwards and then have the gall to call me to "clarify?" You don't want my business, and that's pretty clear. You know what, how about just...
Read moreI went there because the store was thoughtful to celebrate Special Olympics that one day. We walked in and ordered and paid for the meal. One mini turkey sub with cheese, chips and a drink was 12.79. Most people order a medium. The cost is a little high or it may be just me. The counter, where the staff made sandwiches was not clean. Meat on the slicer was left there. I never see that at the one Jersey Mike's in Webster. Staff was courteous. I encountered a huge mistake. A staff member told the woman next to me that she had to leave as she brought her dog in. I am so sorry I left as emotional support dogs are there for a reason, like a service dog! The manager came over and said how would it look to the customers with a dog in the store. They have to maintain a certain level of cleanliness. WHAT? Then the manager said that a customer with a service dog bought food and left. So? That was that person's decision. The dog has papers! I am disgusted by this gross error of judgment. There wasn't a sign on the door!! These animals are protected and to be told to leave, is so wrong!!! The woman who brought the dog is disabled in a wheelchair!!!!! She had papers for the emotional support animal. I will NOT go to that store. P.S. Received word from the franchise owner that what happened was wrong. The training of team members will include information that Service dogs and Emotional support dogs will be welcomed! This is great news. I will gladly go to Jersey Mike's. I wish that the business will be a community...
Read moreLove the subs especially the original Italian. The service is usually very good but 2 times I had not very good service I ordered the original Italian on rosemary Parm bread and it was because it was the end of the meat (salami, pepperoni, cappacuolo, prosciuttini and cheese the ham is the only thing that was ok) so the sizes we're very small and I asked the girl if it's the end of the meat and the size of the slices are that small they should put a few more slices on the sub and she says she did but she didn't because I count the slices on it and the next time I went and got a sub it was the same amount of slices. The second time was an online order I wanted my sub on the rosemary Parm bread and when I got home it was on regular Italian I should have got a phone call telling me you were out of that bread because I would not have gotten that sub I called and was told I could bring it back for a refund or get a different sub one of the reason I go to Jersey Mike's is for the rosemary Parm bread it very good I can get Italian bread any where. I was home and I was not going to drive back I love your subs but next time I will only go in and order my sub and if it's the end of the meat and they don't add a few extra slices of meat I will just leave and go else where. Over all your subs are good and most of the employees are friendly with the...
