Went in at eight fifteen.The store doesn't close till nine o'clock.Three employees, there were so eager to get out of there.They were breaking everything down.They only had one kind of meat because they didn't refill or put away everything other than the tequila lime chicken, which is an upcharge.There are no toppings.The girl had to turn around and get cheese guacamole, and some other things off a cart headed in that was headed into the.Refrigerator I can only assume she did give me a bag of chips to go with my chips and salsa. However, the entire salsa area was broken down and there was no salsa to get to put on my burrito bowl or to dip my chips in So I was less than enthused about not getting half the stuff.I wanted, I understand you want to get out of there.But you got forty five minutes left, and I wasn't the only person...

I just came in for a DoorDash order (5/16 @ around 6:35) and was immediately given attitude by a Spanish girl with glasses working the counter. There were literally people walking in and she was taking every single persons order while making me wait over 15 mins for a DoorDash order with nachos and 3 tacos. That’s it. Zero customer service skills, it’s absolutely disgusting. As soon as I came in she said she was starting the order now, it would take a minute because it was such a “big” order… 15 minutes later and I ask how much longer. She gives me attitude and says she’s doing it now as she taking more orders and complains how “big” the order was. She should get fired for being a nasty miserable employee that can’t even get a simple min wage job right. Wasted my time and the paying...

The customer service from the beginning was atrocious. I proceeded to walk to the counter and I went to the first friendly face I seen. The guy said you can start down there with other guy now that's the employee I passed him because he just stood there looking out in space and ignored me. I felt rushed and the way they made my food was sloppy. I cashed out and and notice the cashier didn't give me the cups for the drinks and cookies for the kids meal she goes " We don't have any cookies I didn't charge you for them" and I'm thinking to myself of you didn't charge me it comes with the meal.
