Always love going to Ralph’s. It’s my favorite dessert shop when I want something light. Been going here for over a decade. Glad it’s still around even after so long. I usually get the strawberry, cotton candy, or recently the green apple flavor! The large is more than enough but medium is perfectly fine.

My son went to buy Us ices/ice cream from this location today, 8/8/19 after 6pm, the young girl made him PAY BEFORE SHE SERVED HIM!! I/We have been to Several Ralph Italian Ices stores/locations and this has NEVER EVER HAPPENED BEFORE!! I went inside because I couldn’t believe the transaction that she did because I really wanted to pay cash instead of using my card she informed me, That’s it Quicker that way. I had to let her know that I was there on Sunday and that isn’t true and how dare she do that!!! PLEASE TEACH AND RETRAIN YOUR STAFF OF HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE EQUALLY AND FAIRLY NEVER ALLOWING THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANYONE...
