Riva's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of Lancaster

Last night on way home from target Practice I told The wife i was Going to bring home pizza and wings. Coming from Batavia Headed back in the mine neck of the woods on Walden I knew I would be passing Rivas. I decided to place an order of a large cheese and pepperoni and a double order of wings. When I sat down and made my plate and started eating these wings these wings were the best wings I’ve ever had in my life. Now mind you I grew up and lived in western New York my whole entire life and I’ve been to many many pizzerias this place hands-down has the best chicken wings I’ve ever had in my entire freaking life. They were crispy they were golden brown the sauce was perfect and the pizza was amazing to. So hats off to the owners of this pizzeria for making one hell of a pie and making one hell of a batch of chicken wings. I will forever be ordering from Rivas even though it’s an extra seven minutes out away from my house it’s worth it. I love to drive so that’s not an issue. It baffles me that they close at 9pm on sunday when most pizza joints are open till at least 10pm and tgeir closed the whole day monday. If you dont have time with your life to stay open past 9pm or 10pm every other day and not open mondaus then maybe you should sell the company to somone who wants to make money if you were open more then you would make more money and not have to keep raising prices every other week. I ordered a sub and picked it up got home went to eat it and there was an exploded pen inside the sub when i spoke to owner about refund he blew it off like having a exploded pen inside your sub isnt a big deal and did not refund my money. He was rude and very cocky. The food might be good but their customer service and hospitality sucks ive contacted the health department and filed a report lets see how they respond to it not...

Disappointed and still hungry. Their burritos sounded good, but were actually tiny and pretty pricey considering the size. The lettuce in the salad we ordered was wilted, not fresh and the ranch dressing was thick like mayo...some may like that, I don't. The pizza logs, well, they were ok, I feel like with those it's all about how good the sauce is that they come with. We ordered online, with delivery...the food took about an hour to arrive. This was the 1st time ordering from here, thought we'd try a new place....I think maybe we'll just stick with the places we know we like, have good portions at prices that make sense, and fresh ingredients. When you pay $60 for pizzaria food, regardless of what it is you ordered, you want to feel full and have it...
