Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Le Ray

I enjoy Dunkin as much as the next person but with this location I didn't have a good experience. I placed a preorder for happy birthday donuts and the woman on the phone was super nice. The woman had told me she'd do a mixture of vanilla, chocolate, and unfilled donuts as well as sprinkles. We agreed on the pickup time of 5am. I get there the next morning and the order was not ready on time and I had to wait at least 20 minutes. When I finally received the order, the donuts were made incorrectly with only chocolate filled ones as well as poorly written letters. I could tell they had thrown it together last minute and that is why I had been waiting awhile. It is disappointing because my sister had left for work already by the time I got back. I wish they had at least told me the order wasn't complete and had asked me the details for how I wanted the donuts done. I definitely don't mind eating here and drinking their coffee but I wouldn't recommend any special...

We saw this place had bad reviews before going here but decided to give it a shot anyway. Wrong decision. We ordered two coffees that we got right away which were okay, two egg cheese and bacon bagels and two donuts. They put the donuts in the bag without the paper slips, so all the icing melted off and got on the other donuts but they didn’t taste like they should anyway, kind of like they were old. Then we had to wait for our bagels longer because they accidentally handed our order to someone in the drive through, and when we got them, the bagels were burnt and mine had two tops and my husbands had two bottoms, how do you mess that up? Not to mention they set disinfectant wipes on each table, so I basically did their job of cleaning the tables, no napkins either. I have gone to this Dunkin’ a few times and the last 2 times I have gone I have ordered my normal blueberry crisp iced latte, which I get at every Dunkin’ I go to, and both times I have gotten it from the Evans mills dunkin it has been terrible and just coffee and milk no blueberry flavor at all. The first time I thought it was just maybe a mistake on the employee who made it but the second time it was the same terrible no flavor latte not even any sugar or anything it’s just bitter.
