China House — Restaurant in Town of Mount Pleasant

I tried to give this place a chance a few times at this point since its the only place around here really. But theres a big issue with this place and thats the quality of the meat they use. Each and every single time ive ordered a dish with meat it always comes so soggy and soft to the point where its inedible. I even tried a beef dish for a change, and EVEN THEN the beef was mush! i’ve gone to school in the area back in 2005-2009. since i’ve been back i haven’t been here decided to check it out a few months now and it’s honestly one of the most welcoming feel good atmosphere here. it’s family owed and very nice people that works each and everyday there. i don’t go to my local chinese takeout spot anymore. i would happily drive the 15-20 minutes just to come here. We ordered on seamless and drove down to make our pickup. Upon arrival, they didn't receive our order. So I had to wait which was inconvenient. As I was reordering in person I watched the cook put meat into the fryer with his bare hands. Yuck.
