Casaletto Pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of Mount Pleasant

Tonight I dine like a king! Thanks to the good people over at Casaletto Pizza. I had placed an order online for pick up before 9pm. Unfortunately this evening, so much happened (car accident on the route I took for pick up. Then I caught a flat less than 2 miles away) 😂😩. hungry and feeling defeated I decided to call the restaurant to plead my case. Luckily the gentleman on the phone advised me “food is here waiting on you” and that he will stay until I arrive “no worries”. 9:15 I finally arrived. “Yes” I thought to myself as I climbed out my work truck excited to finally get my food. The gentleman greeted me with a smile and said “your orders right here waiting, and here, try one of these cookies.” What a gesture. I’ve ordered their Margherita pizza pie more than ten times and we were sold on this being the best Margherita pizza in the area by a mile. The last two times I ordered from them they completely changed the pizza. They stopped adding the sauce on the pizza and instead have 3 tomatoes on each slice.

This pizza was ridiculously good (I mean 5 stars good) but they changed something. Even their marinara sauce has lost quality. They must be cutting corners right now because it’s so disappointing to see such a great pizza fall off that quickly.

I doubt we’ll order from here again because frankly, it went from being a great pizza to awful in the blink of an eye. They still have good garlic knots but it’s time for me to find another pizza store.

What a fantastic experience at Casaletto Pizzeria! We tried the "Headless Horseman" pizza and it was absolutely delicious—every bite was a flavor explosion.

Beyond the incredible food, the service was outstanding. Our order came out quickly, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive.

The place itself was clean with clean restrooms, which is always a huge plus. Best of all, the prices were very reasonable for the quality and experience you get.
