My friend and I stopped here in hopes of enjoying a proper lunch. We were seated before the customers at the two tables on either side of us, but I watched two different servers greet/ take orders from both tables while completely ignoring me. I was sat for around 10-15 minutes before a worker finally approached me to ask if my order had been taken before taking it himself as I had not yet been waited on. We were then sitting with our drinks for about 20 more minutes without any idea of when our food would be arriving. All other customers in the restaurant were promptly being served and most everyone who had arrived AFTER us had finished their meals while we were waiting for ours. I then asked the employee who took our order when our food would be ready. He stepped into the kitchen, but then proceeded to get busy with other work and we were left wondering when we would ever get our food. We eventually just left as we were very disappointed in the service and lack of respect. We were the only two colored customers in the establishment at that time as far as I could tell… and seeing as the restaurant itself is run by colored employees…. I’m thoroughly disappointed in how we were ignored. We were very respectful to all the staff, so to not have that respect be given in return was tough to see. I truly hope our experience was just a one time thing as it’s truly a shame that such a nice restaurant doesn’t have...

Waste of me and my family's time. We came here hungry expecting food only to leave angry from this experience. Getting seated, we had to wait 10-15 minutes to even get the measly paper menus. And then we had to wait even longer for the waitress to come for our drinks. And once we got them it was the wrong drinks anyways and we had to talk to her about it (Despite her writing the drinks on a notepad when asking us). But was worse was the food we didn't even get. We sat down and ordered at 2:22, and by 3:40 we haven't gotten a single dish, not even the chips that we expected was the quickest item to come out first. Not only, but two other tables that came after us got their food before we even got anything at all. We were all increasingly becoming more frustrated, and my mother, reasonably angry, tried to talk to one of the staff about it. One of the men's response was to tell her "The food is ready now, you can't leave and talk to the owner." Out of everything else he could've said, this was the rudest, and most aggressive responses to a customer that's just trying to deal with your questionable service. Not only that, we "can't leave"? We paid for our drinks and left. No food. Just a bitter taste in our mouths about this joke of...

This seems to be a cool little spot. We’ve only done take away a few times so far and the food’s been pretty solid. Not a huge place, but the bar & dining room have a modern/vibrant feel. I’m sure it’d be a fun spot to grab a drink.

Full disclosure I’d have given this a 3.5 ⭐️ if it was an option. It seems like they do the food part pretty well, everything we’ve had has been:

1)edible 2)fresh 3)made nice (not thrown together, somebody cared)

So we’re off to a good start. We like the hard shell tacos, they have some really tasty chipotle chicken, street corn was good, and I even went for the shrimp burrito one time. It can be a real crapshoot ordering shrimp in this format (both literally & figuratively), but they were fresh & cooked nicely.

I can’t speak to an actual dining experience, but everyone that’s helped me pick-up & pay for my food has been nice. One drawback for me would be pricing, but everything costs a million dollars now anyway. It’s not outrageous though, you get what...

Update: Consistency would be nice. I raved about this place to my bother and sister in law. We had a relaxing rainy day today and decided to order take out. They suggested we try this place since I spoke so highly of it. SIL and I both got veggie tacos and it was TOTALLY different from yesterday. Taste was ok, but I was honestly really disappointed in comparison to yesterday. I’m adding a picture to show the huge difference. OG: We are visiting from out of town and wanted to try something local. We passed by and decided to stop in. I had the veggie tacos and they were absolutely delicious!! My husband had the shrimp tacos and said they were good as well. I wish we lived closer, I would come here often. I will say service was a little slow and we had family to meet up with but overall, it was great.

Such a great new taco spot. The tacos are absolutely stunning and delicious. Very fresh and high quality ingredients. Selection is wonderful. Service is phenomenal. Atmosphere and decor is lively, clean, and laid back, but colorful. The drinks are well-made and some are even unique. The flavor in all the food is superb. If you're in the area, this is a must-try for all taco lovers. They have burritos and quesadillas as well, including some vegetarian options. Our waitress was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. The prices are good too. If you want to keep your meal cheap, then 3 well-made tacos for $11 is your deal. If you're looking for a fun date night with some appetizers and drinks, you won't be breaking the bank also. I'll definitely be coming back often.
