Our thermostat gave away a little over two weeks ago. I called around to see who could come and fix it ending up with my electrician. My electrician didn’t seem to quite know how to change the thermostat so I decided that I needed an HVAC technician. The thermostat finally completely broke the day before the hottest day of this year where the temperatures here soar to over 100° with no thermostat there was no air conditioning! As I expected most HVAC companies were extremely busy and didn’t even call me back after I left a message however, Sean from WESCO 53 returned my call within a half an hour, and even tried to schedule me on this extremely hot day when his technicians were already completely booked. Unfortunately, scheduling that day did not work out, which I understood but he’s scheduled us for the next day. The technician showed up the following day and were extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable! They changed out the thermostat in no time ended up changing a fuse in my air-conditioning system and also checked to make sure that all systems were 100% without me even asking and the price didn’t...

After months of research, advice from public entities, websites, videos, and obtaining two other quotes, I got in touch with Wesco 53 with the intent to buy a Daikin FIT heat pump to replace our aging standard furnace.
