I ordered delivery from here after it was recommended to me in a local town social media group. I'm always looking for a quality Chinese /Americanized-Chinese spot and this place hits every mark! First of all, I want to give a shout-out to the restaurant for being one of the few remaining affordable places in Westchester County (or at least in Pleasantville). This establishment requires you have cash but if that's how they keep it so affordable I have no issue here. Second, I need to give credit to the portion sizes - they are massive! I ordered a large of nearly everything and had leftovers for days on end. Next time I might be inclined to order one fewer dish or a small of something, but for a couple of dollars more the large size is so enticing! I love their combo egg drop wonton soup! Other dish highlights included the General Tso Chicken and Veggie Lo Mein. The eggroll also did not disappoint. I found the chicken fried rice to be nothing special but someone else in my party ordered it so I just had a bite - the chicken was a bit plain. Everything else had ample sauce and flavor which was quite welcome! The delivery was shorter than the estimate provided which was even more impressive given how much food I ordered. I will...
Read moreHands down the best Chinese food I've had. I went to pace university for 4 years and this was one of my favorite restaurants. They have the best Crab lagoon/ fried cheese wanton, fried chicken and fried rice. I drove over an hour to get it every time and wanted to cry tears of joy. The only downsides are that they only take cash, the place looks so old and the...
Read moreI never write reviews…but this place deserves it. Food is made properly and tastes really good with good ingredients; NOT doused with heavy soy sauce and corn starch everywhere like most other Chinese takeouts these days. You know it’s good when a simple mixed vegetables has many various types of vegis and tofu, and the fried rice has that charred look/taste to each rice grain. This place reminds me of exactly the kind of Chinese takeout out food I’d find 15years ago in Manhattan. Hope these owners keep the same...
