Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of New Hartford

I went in to have a late and egg white sandwich with my wife at 1245 on Saturday the customer service in this location is horrible there are 5 people on drive through and one on the register the girl on the register has to go away with a line behind me to make drinks for her last customer everyone waits she is so stressed out not a hello or thank you or any eye contact for the walk in customers I went back up for a coffee refill and she waked by me 3 times nobody else even stepped up to help I sat back down and left with my wife I will never go there again Give them all a raise they certainly do not deserve what you are paying them now 1 star is...

Went in to get a sausage croissant sandwich... went up to the counter, the girl working the counter was putting donuts in a basket, then put the basket on the shelf. She turned back and instead of taking my order, grabbed another basket and started filling that with donuts..I was waiting patiently but it was getting late and I had to get to work. She finally finished that basket, but instead of taking my order, she said, "I'll be back in a moment.." and went around the corner..I waited for a couple more minutes and then said forget it and left... no sense of...

I am happy with everyone who works at the Dunks in the village. My two stars are not on them. The chain just isn't the same anymore. The donuts are overpriced, small and go stale easily. And the cold brew that I was a huge fan of is way over priced! And I was in the new Hartford Dunks and watched as one of the workers was dumping hot coffee into a clear bucket type thing and I questioned what he was doing. His reply was making the cold brew.?????? Pouring hot coffee to cool off is the cold brew?? And I'm paying extra for nothing. I'll just...
