We looked at her tag, since she didn't introduced herself and proceeded to order the follow below for 3 people: scrambled egg white with white toast, avocado, and white toast toasted Rye bread spinach omelet without mushroom, side onion rings
After waiting for 47 minutes for our meal, my mother (senior) politely inquired to another waitress passing tag name Kelly, Did she see our waitress? Her response was curt and rude I am not your waitress and walked away. In which, my husband then requested to for a manager because of the tone in which she responded to mom. While waiting for the manager, our waitress Arielle came with our food and as she was placing the food down, my husband asked to speak with the manager. Arielle picked up our food and proceeded to go throw our food in the gray bin they use to throw out food. We were stunned because no one requested the food to be brought back... ESPECIALLY after waiting 20 minutes shy from waiting for an hour. The manager (was pleasant) Fernando came over. He politely asked how can be of service, in which my husband expressed the actions of Kelly towards our mother. After he finished, I requested if Arielle can come alongside Manager because I wanted to inquire why did she took the food away after putting on the table and we didn't request the food to be returned. Fernando request she come to the table. He asked to give her a few. When she came to our table in which her manager was present, I inquired, why did she take the food right after placing on table picked it up and throw it away? We didn't request for it to be returned. Arielle replied in an elevated and rude tone she assumed that we were requesting for the manager something was wrong with the food. I then stated but no one expressed something was wrong with the food. Futhermore, how can ee state something was wrong with the food in which no one partaked in? Arielle then pointed to her manager and said he is here now you can deal with him and walked away. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR. Arielle behavior was DESPICABLE, DISGUSTING AND DISAPPOINTING. So I took my time because I placed my order at 7:04am and I know they literally just opened up at 7 so I figured it would give them time so I arrived at 7:24 and stood In the lobby for another 7mins before someone acknowledged me. So finally someone asked me if I needed to be seated I said no Im picking up a order I called in an she said okay you need to wait and took 2 other families to be seated that came in while I was waiting. I wait 10 more mins then someone asked what I needed told them my name for the order and someone else just walked in that called in a order so they took her name as well. So I'm waiting 4 mins she comes back with both oders and I was standing at the register and the employee said since you have patience to the other woman I'll do yours first. Before I could say anything the woman aromatically said no she was here first. An I told the employee that was just rude I'm obviously standing at the register because I was here first and have been waiting in here for 20 mins and I waited an extra 10 mins to pickup my order because I Kno you guys just opened. She rolls her eyes takes my card and walks away. I said excuse me where are you taking my card no answer so I repeat myself and she shouts out from the back of the restaurant obviously I'm running your card to pay for your food. When she comes back I asked her why didn't she use the register and keypad right here at the desk she said because I can use whatever register I want an this card reader up front doesn't work. Read moreThe facility has dirty floors and the windows did not look they were cleaned in some time and we're loaded with greasy fingerprints. The waiter was very nice and checked in frequently with me to make sure all my needs were met. In the middle of my dinner, a guest brought their dog in and nothing was said to them. Not was the dog wearing any type of identification stating it was a service dog. In fact, the male owner of the dog said to his wife when he brought the dog in that he didn't want the dog to stay outside by itself. I was immediately turned off and wondered what else did this restaurant neglect to follow up on or codes to enforce. I left and immediately tried to call several times to speak to the manager. Instead of interaction with the manager, all I received was a pick and then hang up. I did this several times and after I gave up trying, one of the workers called me. Not the manager. The worker asked if I was trying to call the restaurant and I replied yes and explained why. The worker said they were have phone issues. I told them that I was going to call corporate office and told them there was nothing they could do. I discovered 15 mins later that there was a message left on my cell phone from the manager that must have been upset and yelled loudly in the phone....DONT CALL HERE NO MORE.
