Subway — Restaurant in Town of Newburgh

I usually go to this location because it’s the closest to me and normally don’t have issues, however today the service was terrible. There is a Spanish lady who I never had a problem with and would be cordial with everytime I went, but this time she was not the sweet lady I remembered. I went in with my sister to grab some foot longs because we had coupons when we were greeted with a “we do not accept coupons” sign on the door. Fine, we proceed to order anyway. We get two foot longs and it came out to $35……that is absurd for two sandwiches if you ask me. My sister did prepare for the price to be that steep, so we unfortunately had to take out one of the foot longs. But when we tried to do so this lady was literally arguing with us…calling us food wasters and giving us hellaaaa attitude. It was so uncalled for. She kept saying “you can’t just order something and then say nevermind. I already made it so take it”. Like? We had to literally argue with her to take it off. I had to hold my composure. The guy who works here--an India guy--is so cheap. First off, the bread could taste better, it was somewhat stale. I ordered a veggie. The India guy put only a few green peppers on it. I asked for more. He literally put like 3 extra green peppers on it and then said something about how he would need to charge for extras. Keep in mind, I only ask for a couple of veggies on the sub. I don't bother with lettuce, etc., but I do like a lot of green peppers. At first, I thought the India guy was joking, but when I looked into his face, I realized he was totally serious. I'm assuming he is the owner. I'll never go back to this place. If you drive up 17k toward Montgomery, there is another Subway 5-10 minutes up the road, right across from the Dunkin Donuts (Dunkin Donuts on the right, Subway on your left). I always order online, but this time I walked in to look at the prices. I greeted the woman who gave me the dirtiest look when I walked in and continued to talk on her phone while she put something in the oven. She gave me a side look as in like "what do you need" I told her I was just looking. She didn't open her mouth at all to talk to me and I found it super rude and I didn't like her vibe since she basically ignored my existence.
