I've ordered pizza here about 6 times so far, so all I can speak to is the pizza, haven't tried anything else yet. I always order the same thing, "large pie please, well done, you know crispy like a cracker with sauce and cheese". The first times I could tell it was just left in longer as the cheese was as done more than the crust, instead of being put on a hot spot in the oven when close to taking out. Not optimal, but good all the same. Plus, people get offended if I say to put it on the hot spot (I used to make pizza) so I just let it go rather than offend anyone with direct access to my food. Anyway, today, Sunday 10/27/24 at around 3pm I stopped by and ordered the same. Saw a new pizzaman that I hadn't seen before so expected the same, good but not spectacular. Boy was I wrong! This guy made it absolutely perfect, crispy but not burnt top or bottom, even after getting home it was still crispy as a cracker in the humid box. I was so impressed I called to compliment and was moved to make this review. This pizza man definitely put it on a hot spot just like the best do, felt like I was back in BK for the day, thank you Barile's, hired a great pizza guy! Feel confident ordering other items now, I'm super picky and tend to not like dining or take out after delivering to some of the most expensive places like country clubs in Westchester and valet parking restaurants in Greenwich and being behind the scenes. Enjoy ordering here though, never saw any of the telltale signs about cleanliness or employee dissatisfaction. Definitely recommend ordering crispy pizza here, just use the key words is all so no misunderstanding can happen.
EDITED TO 2 STARS FOR SERVICE. Last time I was there I saw a homemade sign stating that anyone using a credit or Debit card will be charged 4.5% extra. First, that is against the card provider agreement. Second, that is worded in a way that is against NYS law. Thirdly, most importantly, using a debit card with Pin doesn't incur a charge to the business. Additionally, 4.5% is higher than what they get charged. It's becoming a digital society, get with it or get left behind. Completely turned me off to this place, the sheer cheapness of it is sad. If one cannot float a couple of cents maybe it's a sign for something. If Visa happens to get wind of this the priveledge to accept Visa and Mastercard can be rescinded. Same as the places that state an $X minimum to use a card. A charge back of that nickel at most will result in a $-0+ fine from Visa. Plus, it is just cheap penny...

So ive been to pizza planet like idk 40 times previously so i ordered using an app which at the end of this was very helpful in refunding my money.So I get the emails my order is being made,it's in the oven etc .. I get there 30min after my order was "in the oven" an extra well done pie. The employees were confused when I got there and didn't have an order in my name.i showed the young kid who was so full of himself and thetgiggly confused girls the email and paid receipt and he says "oh yeah yeah couple min" .okay he must have straightened it out....about 6 min later I see a pie just like i ordered being made.... A COUPLE MIN??? Own up and say you didn't make it .so I wait a couple min to see it being made ..then the kid says " yeah I hate that app" yeah I hate liars who can't even say" oh my bad I messed up".Not one employee apologized for anything.. So I called the app and got my money back in like 2min.not to mention u charge and extra 6 bucks for onions and peppers on half...
Read moreTheir Pizza is delicious. A friend and me ate lunch here today on Veterans Day. I had Eggplant Parmagian. You can have pasta or salad and bread with my meal. I received a good size bowl of fresh salad and warm Italian bread w/ butter packets. My meal was $14.95. The eggplant parmagian took up whole plate with melted real mozzarella cheese. It was the best I ever ate. I told the owner I am Italian and your sauce is delicious. Your pasta sauce makes your business a success. My friend Barb had a Personal meat and cheese Calzone. She never ate a Calzone. A personal Calzone 2 people can eat it. She took half of it home and said it was delicious. She had glass of water and I had a large Sprite. The total bill was $28.33 I gave a $5 tip and my friend also tipped her. The waitress name is Emily very friendly and good service. The owner is from Sicily awesome Chef. Rest of Staff very friendly.
