So basically their cookies are a little pricey but the portions sizes are fair. And they have a limited selection offered for the whole week. If you don't like what you see for this week you're going to have to wait for next week for something different. They tell you in advance what they offer so you can plan your trip. I have one major complaint though we ordered the Banana Pudding and there was ONE banana coin in the entire container! We had more whipped cream, vanilla pudding, and cookie pieces then BANANAS. It was like playing a game of Where's Waldo? searching for bananas in the container. We all know fresh whipped cream costs more than bananas. So why one banana piece? This is by far the most pitiful thing I've seen in a long time. You can't even call that Banana Pudding. That was just pudding with whipped cream and cookie crumbles. It tastes like a bowl of sadness TBH. Moving on we absolutely love their Chocolate Chip cookie (the best I've ever had in my entire life). I would highly recommend and definitely would order again. We also tried the Olivia Rodrigo cookie outside of the triple berry jam, it was extremely sweet and I couldn't even finish the tiny bite that I had. The other cookie was a forgettable chocolate strawberry something but it was better than the celebrity cookie though. Honestly I really like the way that this business is operated.    Read moreI visited yesterday for the first time. I was there to pick up an online order. There was 1 person in front of me. They quickly got their order and left. After about 10 minutes of standing at the counter being ignored, other customers began walking in placing orders.
The girl working the counter finally comes back out and starts handing out orders to customers that have just walked in. All the while ignoring me at the counter.. Finally after about 20 minutes she acknowledges me and asks the name for my order. I gave her the name and she walked away.
10 more minutes go by, during this time more people are walking in and immediately getting their orders while I'm standing there patiently. At this point I've been at the counter for about 30 minutes. For a 4 pack of cookies. I watched as 10-15 customers came and went. Suddenly the girl noticed I was still standing right at the counter. She walked back out and started laughing when she saw me, then blurted out "oh my God you're still here?!" That gained the attention of all the employees who joined in on laughing about it. I finally got my order after waiting for 35 minutes total. It was honestly so embarrassing and I regret even walking in.

No greating, just tells us if we are paying by card, use the self serve option. I however had cash She just continues to run around cleaning things, turn yell over, " if you want ti confetti cookie, we are out of icing, so you won't be getting any" After waiting a few minutes for her to come to the counter, I say " excuse me, but I'm paying by cash, could I place an order" She tells me I'm going to have to wait, because there are orders in front of me, going to be about 10 minutes. The orders in front of me, were from the customers that cane in after me. At that point, I walked out. I've worked many years in customer service, amd that is not how you treat your customers. And the website says that ate open until midnight, so why be fo concerned with cleaning, and not the customers waiting. Rant done. Hopefully they improve
