Wegmans Meals 2GO — Restaurant in Town of Niagara

I really wanted Wegmans half-moon cookies while I was visiting NY, one of my favorite Wegmans treats. I couldn't find them so I asked the bakery and they said they don't make them regularly but I could special order them through Meals2GO and they would make them. I went to Meals2GO, asked to order them and it took over half an hour to come up with pricing, instructions....etc. Half an hour I stood there being assured that they would make them for me as long as I went through this whole process (meanwhile my groceries are thawing). Next morning comes around, Wegmans calls me and informs me that they only make half-moon cookies at "the bigger locations" and would be cancelling my order. If they don't make them anymore that sucks but I can live with it, but assuring me over and over again that if I go through this 30 min process of ordering they would make them, then refusing to, that's unprofessional and unacceptable. I'm only visiting NY for a few days, I didn't want to waste half an hour of my time here...

Wegmans really has one of the best cold cut subs around. My only issue was that I called to have one sub tray made they stated they didnt have time, a two hour window, to make a simple 4sub tray. Instead, I now had to get they guys their own subs, so the sub shop girls had to make 12 individual speciality subs for my order. The cost alone was astronomical, however upon returning and speaking with the catering dept and the manager they did reimburse me for the cost of the 12 subs minus the cost of two sub trays. Was very bothered by the fact that my order was given to a door dash driver. Thre employees originally expected me to wait around for that person to come back with those pizzas. First I don't think anyone wants pizzas that are now cold and second how many hands have been on these pizzas now? I should not have had to ask for my pizzas to be remade it should of been a no brainer. The guys who had to cook them also appeared frustrated at my request... really!? I'm the one who is paying for this stuff! They need to revamp...
