There were 4 people on line and 4 workers on the food line plus one cashier. I came in to place 6 orders of food. The man kept rushing to move the line down and mind you there were 4 workers taking the food orders. All of them were rushing everyone with their food orders. I placed my first burrito order and the second person on the food line is asking me what meat and vegetables I want while the first person is asking me at the same time what is my second order. I was speaking to 2 people at once and then the third person is trying to get my attention to ask me if I want guacamole, lettuce, cheese etc. The first person was rushing unnecessary like a mad man and gave me white rice and pinto beans on a tortilla without asking me and I did not want that. Note, I had told him a bowl. When I told the second person that I told the first person that it was a bowl, the first person told the second person to just dump it in a bowl and add the other food to it. The second person looked at the first person questionable knowing that was not the right thing to do. I told the first person that it is not right and it makes the food unappealing to eat. He completely ignored me so I had no choice to take it like that. I told them no hot sauce and they added so much hot sauce, I could not eat the bowl when I got home. The tacos were just a slop of food in the tortilla with food all out of the tacos. I ordered a chicken quesadilla with the three sides of guacamole( which I paid extra for), sour cream and cheese. There were hardly any guacamole and mind you I paid extra for this. I was so frustrated that I just ordered 4 dishes instead of 6 dishes which I originally came in for. It was unnecessary to rush the orders to move the line when you have 4 people on the line to take orders and a cashier and 4 people on line. I come to this location often and have 12 people on line and only 2 people on the food line taking orders and it runs smoother and the line moves. There was no hospitality and this left a bad taste in my mouth. I told the cashier and her reply was " that's how they are trained"! Thinking back, I am not surprised because there is an Indian Manager at this location who has the same attitude. He gets extremely upset with customers who are a bit slower and he is RUDE. His focus is to move the line. I get it but there has to be a balance for your customers to have a good,...
Read moreJust got my order from Chipotle that my wife ordered in person. This is a location I've used many times before however this was the first time I've had a problem with my food order.
The location is the usually Chipotle decor with nothing much but normally is minimalistic. There wasn't many people there (not crowded) she didn't recall if they had music playing.
We ordered two burrito bowl orders one with carne asada and the other with chicken. The service was good and the portions were also good. The one thing my wife noted was that they ran out of rice for the first bowl and had to go to the back to bring more rice in a tray. So my order's bowl had rice from the new batch that was brought from the back. Overall all the ingredients were okay. But the white rice contain semi uncooked/hard rice so with each bite I bit into hard rice grains. What I can also say is that my brother-in-law, sister-in-law, and mother-in-law and anyone else's orders got rice from the new tray. I asked my wife who dined in and she said her order, along with her sister's and husband's, and their mother's orders had the same problem with hard rice. It was not all the rice in my bowl but I would say out of each bite I had 10 or more grains of rice that were hard which made the meal inedible.
I have to say most of the time this location doesn't have this problem. But it has happened occasionally. This was during the evening after 5pm so I'd probably not go here later in the evening. I've been there during the day time afternoon 1-3pm and those times it was no problem.
*NOTE: Checked with my brother-in-law who lives close by and he stated that this has been happening lately - so it's a consistent problem for locals by this Chipotle and not a one time occurrence... sad, because when I visit his family or am in the area I often use...
Read moreWhere do I begin? Last night I placed a grubhub order after picking my wife up from the hospital. When I arrived 20 minutes later they hadn't even started working on my meal. The young man working the register was not friendly at all. I waited another 10 minutes and they told me they had no guacamole and that they were still working on part of my order. There was a girl scraping out a basin and spraying it with chemicals and the worker put my later container right on the wet sprayed surface next to the garbage can that the girl was scraping the muck into. I then noticed that all of the lemonades were empty and asked them to refund the drinks because they didn't have what I ordered. The young man at the register told me that wasn't his problem and I had to contact GrubHub. Rather than argue with him I asked to see a manager and he refused. I asked him if he was the manager and he said it doesn't make a difference. He stormed away and said I'm trying to help you and I said that's fine but you don't have to be an effing D about it. He had a total attitude the whole time. He turned around and told me I will f with your food I don't give an f. I waited another few minutes and no manager came and nobody attempted to help me with my order. Not a single other worker acknowledge me. I walked out and contacted GrubHub to cancel the order. If this is the way they train their staff then i think I'm done with chipotle. This isn't the first time I've had issues in this particular chipotle. I won't go back. I didn't suggest you go either. It's always grimy in there....
