I’m not one to complain often however, the new Management at TJ Maxx in new Hyde Park is a mess. Particularly someone named Sabrina, who is nasty to her coworkers, customers, and clearly gives you the vibe that she does not like her job. I’ve personally seen her insult People and has actually insulted me as well. She cannot manage the store effectively as the lines are tremendous when there are several employees standing around and could be helping customers. The manager does a lot of running around the store, but doesn’t get anything done. When you ask for help, She snaps at you in a condescending fashion. This happens often. The store was a pleasure to shop in before this all happened and I spent thousands of dollars in that one location and now I think twice before I even walk into the store and try to avoid it at all costs, even though it is the most conveniently located. Very disappointing and I am very surprised that after all of the wonderful managers that have been there through the years that TJ Maxx would employ such a subpar manager Who is clearly running the store...

Then one day I came there and Scott was the manager on duty. And he was just as nice, helpful and personable. He went above and beyond to help me with an issue I was having. And I am still so very thankful!! Thank you, Scott!

I was trying to return an item that I had bought less than two weeks ago but the cashier claimed that the ticket I had was for another item. I suspected this originally when I first bought the item because the receipt looked funny, but I was assured that the ticket was in accordance with the receipt. When I tried to get an explanation, all Sueraj could tell me was “I understand” followed by some variation of “there’s nothing I can do.” All I could understand is that TJ maxx is satisfied letting their store be run by a manager who doesn’t properly train employees to place the correct ticket on items, and shows the same amount of professionalism as a child would. Sueraj had no problem admitting that the ticket did not correlate to the item, had no problem letting us get charged more but when we wanted to return it suddenly there was “nothing he could do.” What an abomination to professionalism and...
