I have been coming to this location nearly every day for years because of its proximity to my home. I have to say the service and quality has drastically gone down since they opened this location after closing down the one across the street. Their drive thru service IS THE WORST - there can be no one in line and it still takes several minutes for them to respond at the speaker, and even though I put in a mobile order and normally get the sane thing they STILL get it wrong. Their turnover is horrendous because almost every time I go there are different employees working. Usually the ones that aren't terrible for some reason don't even last. Now I'm not sure why or what the story is, but there's a good chance that they aren't even going to read the order when it's put in - today I ordered a pair of breakfast sandwiches with sausage, and even told my gf it would probably be incorrectly made, sure enough, there was bacon and both. Also the sandwich had eggs with MOLD on them. As for my drink, I ordered a latte with no whipped cream, as clearly stated on the label, but guess what? That's whipped cream.
I don't know who in corporate needs to see this, but why do you continually let a shop like this represent your brand when they clearly don't care what goes on...

If a tea is ordered and when the customer asks simple questions like is the sugar placed in the tea and your reply is no then the customer will need sugar packets and something to stir the sugar in the cup. Read moreThe service inside is 100% different than the service outside. You can tell by the ratings at this location. Where is that tall guy who used to work at this location? This is a convenient location; I stop there 3x a week. It is increasingly worse. And the women in there move so slow. The one male is always at the front counter; hears what is going on, but says and does nothing. I can only ascertain that the slow workers are owners and don't care. I drove through this morning, my sandwiches were wrong-not toasted! also, I ordered 6 muffins. This person threw them in a bag! They are always boxed. Also, she was acting like I did something wrong.
