I work with a special-needs individual, and one of the highlights of his week is earning a trip to this Dunkin’. We usually stop in on weekday afternoons, and every single time we are greeted by Dilton and Sulmy. They make us feel like friends the moment we walk in. They already know our order, whether it’s a fun drink or a treat, and they always go above and beyond to make it special. They are kind, professional, and love joking around with us, which makes the experience even better. I don’t normally go to this one very often the parking sucks and most importantly the quality of the coffee is different everytime I guess depending on who is working. Soemtimes it burnt sometimes it’s watery, I work close by tho and when I am in a rush I will run in if I really need a coffee. Today was prob my last visit tho. I got a couple munchkins and a coffee. One side of the munchins are stale tasting and the other side is soggy and it’s too gross to try to eat. To be fair tho I should know better by now than to waste money and time...

The most disorganized place ever. They tell you to come in for work but then when you show up in your uniform they tell you that you aren’t supposed to be working on that day.
