Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Town of North Hempstead

Out of the million times I come to this place because people want to go to Subway and need commercial food no no I go to Jersey Mike's and eat real food and fresh food this Jersey Mike's there's two Michaels that work here a gentleman named Jadin and another gentleman named Jeff five Star place five Star staff very friendly soon as I walked in they greeted me wished me a happy holidays they asked me how I was doing how my wife was doing because I regular customer and I live about a block away and I just wanted to let the company know that this store is a five-star store food and the freshness of the food is absolutely unbelievable and I wish and hope that you guys keep it up because you guys are the only place that has fresh food like this. Everybody's at works here that I named should definitely be acknowledged for their hard work and friendliness and especially during the holiday season when it's extra busy and extra tough and extra stress cuz you got probably twice the orders but nothing stops the store 5 out of five keep it up guys Happy holidays..... This review I'm writing is officially January 1st 2025 Happy New Year everybody Happy and healthy to everyone.. so I'm going to name the staff that was working when I went in today Marcos Joel Ali Steve Jadin Rob Michelle and the manager of the team and on duty today Michael And I believe Michael is the manager at this location but I want to say that this team did it again I went in today and I got my favorite roast beef sandwiches and I let my family get whatever they want and again they prove that they make everyone else look like they don't even exist you guys did a five-star job freshest bread fresh just meat wonderful vegetables crispy fresh amazing everything tasted like it was made at home it was amazing to have a sandwich like this especially after all the holiday cooking and BS that went on but it was great to come back and see you guys with the new year keep doing what you're doing and keep up the good...

I love the subs and the environment. Unfortunately, today that thought has been altered. After years of being a loyal customer. I decided to introduce my fiancé to jersey mikes because he’s never been. I placed an order online prior to going to the beach. I sent my fiancé in to pick up the subs and he came out with out a smile on his face. I asked “how was it? Were they nice?” He responds “ummm actually no”. I’m surprised I ask what happened. He tells me that the cashier commented on his beach shirt. Her exact words were “ you couldn’t decide what animal you wanted to be today?” His respond was “what’s wrong with my shirt? i never seen a pink cheetah..” then he goes on to say that the other employees in the back began to laugh at him and say “I’ve seen it all”….. I was not going to write this review I was actually going to call but after seeing the blue sticky that holds the bag together “family and friendly atmosphere” really did it for me. My fiancé felt that he was being made fun of and he actually said the sun was the best sub he’s had from a sub chain and suggested I did not write the review because the sub was soo good. But if your quality of service doesn’t match your food, I’m unsure what your priority is as a whole, it’s more then just profit. ultimately had that been my child we would have a huge bullying issue on our hands. It is not ok for employees to make a mockery of paying customers. If this is the service you are providing please change that...

Due to a BOGO coupon we decided to take advantage and visit this newly opened sandwich shop in Garden City Park. Plenty of free parking available in this shopping complex at the corner of Jericho Tpke and Nassau Blvd. The menu has a small variety of subs and club sandwiches, and I opted for the philly sub with white American cheese. The meat was grilled at time of ordering which added to the time it took to arrive, but it was FRESHLY grilled and didn't taste dried out at all. There was a selection of additional toppings, mine was pickle chips, but tomato, onion, lettuce etc also available. I found the bread to be a bit doughy and not "hero" enough, but my friend's roast beef with provolone, pleased her, and she enjoyed the softer bread. The store was only open four days when we were there, and everyone was very careful with each order and ready smiles and helpful suggestions abounded. Great sandwich and sub comfort food. I believe they will do well. My philly cheese steak sub was about $8 and change. Reasonable enough, but I still think the bread could have been improved on. Sit down, or take...
