McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of North Hempstead

Got a coupon out of the local paper. Still, I felt ripped off. My coupon was for a large sandwich with free medium fries and drink. I ordered quarter pounder without cheese. Without the coupon meal would be about $10. So, how surprised was I when my meal was about that. I said something is wrong. The cashier called for assistance. I repeated same words, something is wrong. I shouldn't be paying about $10 if I'm using a coupon. I didn't have my glasses so I couldn't see the price for sandwich only. The orig cashier hands her a coupon, I immediately objected and said the coupon I gave you is in that slot, I saw you put it there. The coupon in your hand is the same one the man in front of me gave you. Sure enough, she said, the coupon is for chicken tenders.Which, is what the last customer ordered. I said, mine was for a sandwich. The cashier that came over to assist, says to me, you have the wrong coupon. It became a lot of unnecessary back and forth. In the end, I ordered nothing. I need someone there to investigate what the hell is going on at the store at 95 Westbury Ave Carle Place NY 11514. They are making UNAUTHORIZED changes to mobile orders. They removed a coupon I had on a mobile order and billed me for the full price of my order. This is not a one time thing. They also changed my wifes order today. She purchased one item through the app and was going to pay for an additional item at the window, instead the cashier took it upon herself to change the order and put my wifes complete order on her app purchase. Supposed that account only had a certain amount available and it went into overdraft, they store would be responsible for the fee. Last time I checked, using someones money without permission is theft. Please get a handle on them IMMEDIATELY! I had a coupon for 20 nuggets and 2 free any size fries. My total was 7 dollars and some cents. When my card was processed, the cashier REMOVED my coupon and I was charged FULL price for the 20 piece and 2...

Edit: it's been a year since I've visited here. The staff is still rude and untrained and the food still takes over 15 min to reach you no matter how little you order. This place sucks. Its mcdonalds....so how can they mess up absolutely everything. Make sure you check your bag twice before leaving your food behind. Order a large meal but get a medium fry worth in your large. Thus place has taken money from me time and time again. Management does nothing and the employees could care less. I went back to use a free meal voucher after they messed up time and time again just for them to mess up again. If this is your hometown mcdonalds like it is mine, do yourself the favor and drive up the road to the further one because this establishment is an embarrassment to the mcdonalds...
