Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Town of North Hempstead

Agree with the previous reviewer about the amount of coffee they put in the cup and the unfriendliness of their baristas and cashiers. I always do mobile pickup to avoid speaking to anyone there. They always downsize your drink somehow. Two incidents I ordered Venti and they gave me grande drinks but I let it slide walked out and went on with my day. I now mainly order grande latte and it’s the amount of a tall inside a grande cup with lots of foam on top. This past weekend I ordered a grande latte and asked the barista when she was making my drink if she could add more milk to my latte. Her response, it is whatever will fit in this cup and laughed at me. I was in awed. Didn’t want to confront her then thanked her and left. I think you get better treatment getting your coffee at a bodega than from their baristas at this location. Unfortunately, this is the closest location to me but now I have to drive to the Jericho turnpike location where they had never failed me there with their drinks...

The place is small,but it really cozy! It’s a great place to work on your laptops. The bathrooms are relatively clean, their service is quick, and the wait on the line isn’t very long. Staff is very friendly. If your a Frappuccino person like me, I suggest getting the ultimate Carmel Frappuccino over the Carmel Frappuccino. Why? Well some people think those two are actual the same, but the Carmel Frappuccino is actual just some ice and coffee and something else (I don’t know what they put in it,) and some whipped cream with drizzled Carmel. The Carmel Frappuccino doesn’t really have a Carmel flavor, it’s just the Carmel on the top. The ultimate Carmel Frappuccino tastes way better. This Starbucks is nice and well managed considering how busy it was. I went in the afternoon and there was only a couple of seats left. The Starbucks WiFi works pretty well except for the Starbucks app ironically. Once we had decided on what we wanted, we were attended to promptly. I got the Grande Crystal Ball Frappuccino and the Chicken & Double Smoked Bacon sandwich. My mom got the Grande Iced Caramel Macchiato with Blonde Espresso with a warmed blueberry scone. I loved my drink(I wasn't sure how it was going to be) and my sandwich. My mom 'liked' her drink. She's a diehard Dunkin' Donuts person, so finding her a drink that she would love as much as Dunkin' Donuts's Frozen Coffee is harder than finding a needle...
