I placed an order today on the SUBWAY® app for the location of 1185 Willis Ave., Albertson. My credit card was charged and I received a confirmation receipt from the app stating the order would be ready at 4:35 PM. I arrived at 4:45 PM and the cashier states that they never received the order and could not honor my request. I showed them my receipt as well as my credit card transaction but he was very unhelpful in trying to resolve the issue. He stated that he would be able to make my sandwiches but would have to charge me again. I couldn’t understand why I would have to pay double for an order. I asked to speak to the manager and apparently he was the manager. If people who have no customer service skills are working there as a manager this is a horrible place to go. I would never recommend this place. He did not try to resolve the issue and instead just kept saying that they never received the order. Read moreWorse experience on 8/28/25. The person at the counter was so glum, he made me so uncomfortable. I'm not sure why the other person wasn't taking orders. It was 6pm so it was hours away from closing and zero customers. He never spoke other then, " what bread?" Not hello, not ty, not bye. I had the audacity to request an oatmeal raisin cookie, he snatched it so fast it fell and 'oh no' he had to grab a different one,plop it into the bag & then plop it on the counter - 😲! Read moreTerrible location. When I arrived at 3:30 pm to get a foot long sandwich. There was a slice of roast beef laying on the counter that the employees use as a cutting board. Who knows how long that slice of meat has been laying out? You would think that the employee who's helping me with my sandwich would notice that oddity in their workspace. Actually, he chooses to ignore the roast beef and finishes my order.
