It was a subpar experience. The lady who was doing my nails was rushing to do my nails and another woman’s nails at the same time. And then when I asked her to do a round shape, she gave me an attitude for no reason - I’m not quite sure what her issue was.

My sister had a “better” experience because her nail artist was attentive to only her but they, in general, don’t do a great job of painting the top parts of the nail. My sister’s nail artist also ended up finishing up my nails after and then cut into my skin. It wasn’t until I told her that she cut into my skin, she did something. Then, she tried to file into my skin with a filer - I had to stop her because I didn’t want to risk an infection.

We paid $58 for a matte gel mani + regular pedi. And $53 for a gel mani + regular pedi. I wanted to try this place out because it’s close to home but clearly, should head back to my old nail salon: Oscar...

Nice job but dishonest and thief. I felt robbed every single time for years leaving this place and I couldn’t prove it until one day I caught her and she was still saying I don’t overcharge u . But this time was obvious to me . She always over charged me for filling manicure only god know every time different price but pedicure was the same that’s why I couldn’t caught her . This time when I asked her employee how much I owe she said way cheaper price and the next day since she realized she couldn’t overcharge me for manicure she added on the pedicure and that’s how I caught her and was the last time for me . These people judge u by your appearance and take advantage of u. Worst feeling every single time I couldn’t caught her but I felt robbed and was still going here because of convenience and she was doing a good job. Horrible experience.she was my comfort zone ....

My favorite place, my regular spot, until recently :(. I made a 5:30 appointment and arrived at 5:20. I patiently waited and saw they were busy, which was fine. But then at 5:35 this other woman and her husband came in announcing that they had a 5:30 appointment also. At 5:40, after still waiting, they took the lady and her husband before me…. Who was clearly there and checked in at 5:20 for the same 5:30 appointment. They know me and know I’m a regular so I was really disappointed and politely told them this wasn’t right because I was there first and walked out. I wish they would have done something to...
