Absolutely HORRIBLE service!! Placed a call to order a simple steak sub. You cld tell the employee on the phone was new. I had to repeat my order 4 times and was hoping he took it down correctly. He told me it wld be ready in 20 mins. When I got there to pick it up it was utter caios inside. Another customer was there with me at the same time and we were conversing on how bad it was. I waited another 20 mins for the sub. You could tell the young boys in the back making the subs were confused and asking each other questions on what they were making (not sure if they were all new employees). I finally got my order and left. When I opened it up I looked inside to make sure it was right, of course it was wrong and missing 3 items I ordered. I brought the sub back inside and explained to another employee that the sub was wrong. He stated he was a new employee and asked the boys in the back if they cld make me another sub. They said it wld be a while because they were busy. I explained I couldn't wait any longer and asked if they can remake it and deliver it. Again he said it wld be a long time and I'd have to now pay for delivery. Meanwhile NO apologies from anyone just utter confusion. That same new employee called the Manager / "owner" Dina who asked him to look at the slip to make sure it said what was missing on the sub and he confirmed to her it did. She then asked him if he has the sub and he said, yes she brought it back...just WOW! Anyway she told him to tell me she would refund me later that evening. I called back that evening to speak w Dina and they said shes not coming in, and they were arguing w eachother on the phone on what they were going to tell me as I cld clearly hear the conversation. I was told Dina will call me back tomorrow. I was concerned about my refund with new employees and no manager there! The next day I called back and talked to another rude employee, Melissa. I asked to speak to the Manager Dina and she stated she was not there again. I asked for the owner, and she stated Dina was the owner and they, "all know who I am and Dina is aware of the situation and will be calling me back and giving me my refund." Still no call back. As an "owner" and/or manager just like she answered the phone quickly when her employee called her about the issue, she should have called me, the customer back. I will NEVER order another thing from that place again. Worst customer service I've ever encountered anywhere. No apologies, rude, and no call back from the Manager. Read moreToday, I decided it was a good idea to grab a pizza on the way home. As I had a 20 minute drive ahead of me, I decided to call the Salvatores Pizza in Spencerport. I had some questions about some of the ingredients that were used on their product, and proceeded to query the young man that answered the phone. Nate was very polite, and patiently listen to my questions, and without hesitation informed me that he was new to the position and would retrieve the answers from the Manager. As there were a series of questions that I had, the Manager herself took over the conversation and quickly resolved each item I had in mind. I explained to her that I had a tasted a Great Pizza recently, and I was currently Very Near the place where it was purchased…..But I was interested in being a little closer to home. When the manager was Satisfied that All my concerns had been handled, She Quickly moved in to Close the Sale. “Well I Guarantee This Will Be The BEST Pizza! So, would you like to Order Your Pizza Now?” I placed my order and proceeded to make my way there. Upon my arrival….. Irie the manager, greeted with me a Big Smile as I came in…. and When She Opened the Box and Presented my Pizza … Irie said to me “I did My Best”….and I Must Say…. It Sure Did Look Grand! Of Course…. the Proof is Always in the Taste. I’ve had a few pizzas in my day, and this one turned out High Quality. The crust edge was full bodied yet airy, and didn’t cause the middle of the base to be too thin. The Color was good and texture was as crispy as it should be. The sauce was plentiful, and spread evenly around the rim of the pie, giving the crust the ability to develop the most desirable crunch. The melted Mozzarella cheese covered nicely, and the toppings were well cooked that gave a delicious taste in Every Bite. Read moreI placed an order online. Ordered wing snack packs. It was never an option to order anything but breaded wings (as I've ordered before), so I ordered as normal. Got my order delivered, it was original wings. Now I understand I ordered by mistake (now knowing there are other options), after going back and forth they replaced my order for breaded wings. My problem is with the guy working tonight was rude, I brought the food back as requested who sat there and throughly inspected to make sure nothing was eaten, he kept saying "well you could've called corporate they wouldn't of done anything, we know them very well". "Make sure you pay better attention to ordering next time" (repeated this at least 4 times). Took the food to the back telling the cook "nothing was eaten". Came back out with my new order and said "you know we are a small business and profit from orders make sure you pay attention when ordering next time". Completely unprofessional and they won't have to worry about me "paying attention next time I order" because I won't be ordering from here anymore! Customer service definitely needs major...
