What a surprise! Best fresh sushi made with meticulous care that I’ve ever had in my life. Thats not hyperbole. I’ve eaten numerous times at Michelin starred sushi/ Japanese restaurants & nothing has been as memorable as this. The pink lady roll & Hawaiian Roll were mouthwateringly delicious. It was clean, the decor was cool and the tables in the bays at front are awesome. Service was slow considering it was only a quarter full if that. For example I ordered a small sake with a roll dish & it came to me well after we finished demolishing the platter. This is such a cute place! We were greeted by the nicest host. My friend and I had the spicy crispy rice with tuna and salmon. FYI the fish on the crispy rice is tuna/salmon scrape, but delicious nonetheless. It can be filling so if you’re with one other person, one roll is enough for you both. I had the spicy girl roll very yummy and on the lower end of the hot scale. My friend had the samurai roll really delicious. The shrimp tempura in the samurai roll was very fresh and tasty in and of itself.
