New York Pizzeria in Cooperstown, New York, isn't just a place to grab a slice; it's an experience worth savoring. I've been a regular here for nearly 14 years, and each visit reaffirms why it's my go-to spot for pizza perfection.
From the moment you step through the door, you're greeted by a team of super friendly staff who seem to have mastered the art of hospitality. They go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcome and valued.
The cleanliness of the dining area both downstairs and upstairs is impeccable, making it a comfortable environment to enjoy your meal. The sectioned-off areas allow for large parties, accommodating gatherings of friends and family with ease.
Now, let's talk about the star of the show: the pizza. The crust strikes the perfect balance, not too thin, not too thick—just right. Topped with just enough sauce and cheese to complement the well-constructed crust, every bite is a symphony of flavors. It's no wonder locals and visitors alike rave about it—it truly is some of the best pizza around.
And let's not forget about the sides. The shoe string french fries are lightly salted and perfectly crispy, while the garlic knots are a garlic lover's dream—huge, buttery, and impeccably garlicky.
The menu itself is a work of art, colorful and well thought out. From classic subs to specialty pizzas and an array of mouthwatering side dishes, there's something for everyone.
What sets New York Pizzeria apart, however, is the consistently stellar service. The staff here don't just serve food; they exemplify hospitality. Whether it's your first visit or your hundredth, they'll go above and beyond to ensure you have a memorable dining experience.
In all my years of patronage, I've never once been disappointed. That's why I make the pilgrimage to New York Pizzeria every chance I get, and why I'll continue to do so for years to come. If you're in Cooperstown, do yourself a favor and pay them a visit—you won't...
Read moreI would not even give them one star but unfortunately that’s not an option! I have been a local customer of this pizzeria for over a year every weekThe food has always been fantastic until today. I spent over 45 minutes trying to place an order and every time I called I was put on hold and hung up on so I’ve visited the restaurant the woman who took my order was very sweet and even discounted for the troubles because she knew I was a local she told me it was going to be about 30 minutes for my food. I came back 45 minutes later and my food was not ready I had explained to the clerk at the counter that I had waited over an hour and 45 minutes at this point and that I will just take a refund the clerk became very rude sarcastic and demoralizing in front of other customers so I proceeded to wait another 20 minutes for my food when I got home and opened up my food the pizza had not been cooked through all the way in the chicken wings were raw when I called the restaurant back The same disrespectful male clerk had answered the phone and Did not take my complaints seriously and started to laugh that he thought it was funny that I had raw chicken and again got very disrespectful. I ended up just hanging up the phone and considering this another restaurant that me and my family nor my business will ever eat at or have catered again luckily I was fortunate off to catch the raw chicken before my children ate it and became sick I understand this restaurant gets busy with tourists but when you have a local customer who comes in their weekly and also has their business order weekly there should be some kind of appreciation . local customers are what makes a business go all year not tourist and that something the staff at this restaurant needs to learn unfortunately I’m going to miss the food but I will not miss the disrespectful demoralizing Attitudes of...
