Council Rock Park is a small park in Cooperstown that sits at the southern end of beautiful Lake Otsego. The interesting thing about this park is that it sits at the very beginning of the Susquehanna River. I found it intriguing to see the start of this river as I’m very familiar with many other parts of the it, including the other end as it stretches its way almost 500 miles into Maryland.
