This place is the diamond in the rough. We have lived in Owego for 11 years and have driven by it so many times but never stopped in and always saying "we need to go there sometime. I would recommend the food and drinks here. Down home feel with a bunch of regulars in the bar. Great bar tenders and goods food. Might be back for a drink when I get a chance. The wings were expensive but they're going up everywhere. And the philly cheese steak was amazing! I would recommend both. I should have tried the specials but didn't notice...
