Owego Agway has always been blessing to our community but in our current situation, they have been just stellar! First of all, their signs always bring a chuckle and a smile but, through this time, they have been even more thoughtful! In the past, because my husband and I ( HOW did we get OLD???) have been trying hard not to go into places; I asked if they could take my payment over the phone and bring my items to the car. The smile-you-could-hear response was “Sure! We can do that!” Today I called and requested someone to collect my items and then bring things to the car. Taylor was the person who helped me. What a doll! When I apologized for taking her time, she said “ Oh, it’s really not a problem! We’re not that busy right now anyway!” Whoever hired Taylor knows quality when they find it! Everyone was very friendly and helpful! Went in for pellets and pellet stove accessories, as we are new to this form of heating and so I had many, MANY, questions. Both of the employees who helped me were just great! Patient and knowledgeable, as well! I did remember their names for several days but in all the stress of moving have since forgotten.

I WILL be going back though, and intend to find out so I can give credit where credit is due!!

UPDATE: I have been back MANY MANY times, and if you need ANYTHING make sure you talk to Gabby or Austin, cause they KNOW EVERYTHING and are just SO awesome and helpful!!!
