Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

At 10:52 pm I ordered a pie I'm staying at the best western in Woodbury. I was told it will be delivered to me" in 30 minutes or less" cool I called at 11:30 and I was it's coming soon they hung up before I ask about that policy so I looked it on on the official Dominos website. So the delivery guy came at 11:41 came I asked about the policy he called the store and passed the phone to me. I was under thee impression that I was speaking to a manager. I told him my order number 296 was late what about the policy he would not respond to it he said it's hot and fresh and it's raining! I said it's been raining for hours! And that isn't the policy it's 2 or 3 miles away and it doesn't late 50 minutes to get here in some rain! It wasn't serious. He told me he don't make decisions like that. And once I asked this man what is his name he said "I DO MOT HAVE A NAME!" How rude is this?! I NEVER NEVER COMPLAIN TILL I LEAVE. I don't like hostility! But this man with no name ordered the young man to take the pizza! I have never had the opportunity to get a free pie from them but I should have this time! I suggest Wendy's right up...

Order cold and not cooked! READ So I was wondering where my order 30 minutes AFTER my estimate delivery time.. I look outside and saw a green car for 30 minutes.. not thinking it was dominos of course because hey.. wouldnt they come in right away? what about dominos rushing to get your order and only care about the customers like they said on there youtube video and what its like working at dominos. Turn's out that it was the dominos delivery guy and he was sitting in his car for 30 minutes yelling at someone on the phone over bluetooth. I thought work came before any drama and to leave all drama behind at work? Well.. don't know what happened to that. And on top of that it was very cold and It tasted like dough.. :( sad experience. Hope dominos improves overall and look at all of these reviews people are saying. Sadly I have to order from them again because they don't let me choose any other...

This place doesn’t even deserved for one star. I never ever had this kind of worst experience in any dominos . We always prefer Domino’s pizza. But if I continue to have pizza here I would hate domino’s pizza . I ordered my pizza online and went to pickup when it was ready . But when I visited the shop, the guy was searching for my pizza and finally brought a pizza and said they made it with the toppings which I didn’t order . They didn’t even apologize and made me to wait with my hungry kid for another 20 minutes. After 20 mins a lady came and asked again what I ordered even though I was the only customer there . I think she is the manager and she also didn’t apologize for their mistake .Dont even ask me about the taste of the pizza . It was soooo horrible . It was like cardboard and it was cold as if it was made 2 hours ago .. if you are a pizza lover don’t even think about visiting this...
