I really want to give this place a 5 stars because I have been looking forward to this opening. Got 2 drinks and while they’re really delicious as expected, I would appreciate if the drinks are filled up to the top properly but instead it has a big gap to the top as you see in the picture. Mine is already not as bad compare to others who were getting multiple drinks…If this is a $5 drink, I can let it slip but given this cost like $7-$9 for a medium size drink, it’s simply not acceptable per my standard. I hope they take this feedback and improve on this as this might not feel like a big deal to the workers who have to fill up cups all day, it is insulting for consumers who pay close to $10 after tax for a medium size drink. The Great Neck location never has this issue. Read moreI came for the yogurt drink but left with the bingsu in a cup. For those who don’t know, it’s a Korean shaved ice dessert served with various toppings and sauces. I got the matcha and sweet red bean (azuki style / aka “paat” in Korea). I assume it was made with frozen matcha yogurt. It tasted pretty good definitely in the more creamy/snow style vs the granular snocone style from long ago. I think I like the traditional wide flat plating over the narrow tall cup format which made you dig in with the long spoon. The shop is cute but limited seating. Wishing them the best...
