Order from restaurant from Uber:
Order placed through Uber eats - 1:10pm expected delivery between 1:30-1:50 Since there wasn’t a driver available the restaurant used their own driver. Food was late over an hour and half while food was sitting in drivers car. Attempted to dispute with Uber with who states that food temperature is not acceptable for refund request. This was escalated to the restaurant who said it needed to be disputed with Uber. I asked if I could return the un-eaten food tomorrow and exchange for something fresh and was told no. The food looks grimy, the panini bread was falling apart and everything was soggy and most likely contaminated with bacteria after sitting in a car for almost two hours. Food finally arrived at 3:15.
If there was an issue with the delivery the restaurant should have cancelled the order.
I would not recommend ordering from this place.
Response to owner: I tried to remedy through Uber and finally attempted to remedy the situation with your restaurant. I even asked to bring the poor excuse of the sandwich back to your restaurant and just get it replaced and I was told no by the person who answered the phone. Additionally, if the sandwiches were made fresh and kept under heating lamps to maintain food safety then why did you allow your driver to keep the sandwiches in his vehicle for almost 1.5-2 hours.
Uber has contacted me twice regarding the issue and still provided no resolution. I find it interesting, that after posting a review, the owner responds to the post. Yet, when the person who answered the phone asked if I could go to the restaurant for a replacement you said no. I was more than happy to go the extra step to make the exchange and potentially you could have gained a new customer.
And regardless of the tip, drivers don’t see the tips until the order has been delivered and the delivery has been ultimately rated.
The simple solution would have been to meet the customer half way and offer at a minimum a discount towards a replacement order. But that’s not...

Then I ordered from Grubhub one day at around 1:45pm. After waiting two hours, I called for the first and was answered by a lady that so many of my other fellow reviewers have also had the “pleasure” of speaking to. She said that Grubhub is running a promotion and therefore are swamped and I “need to be patient.” I asked since they close at 4, if they will be delivering the food for sure, I was again told to “be patient, the delivery guys are working on it.” At 5:30, I gave up and made some hot dogs with no food ever delivered. A co worker had told me of a very similar experience with a delivery from this place but I didn’t believe it till i had to live through it myself. So that’s two separate incidences!! I just wish she had the courtesy of telling me that they are trying their best and the food may not be delivered so I’d make other arrangements.

I called Brian Lew from All New Sandwich express and I knew Brian was gonna rock it out of the park for us. He asked how many people and a few other questions. He actually told me not to order as much as I wanted to order. When people have more experience with something than I do - I let them take the wheel. I had more things to worry about for the next 36 hours and I felt great with him handling things. He delivered the spread, it was perfect, it was the right amount (even some leftovers) and it included some personal goodies for the house on him.
