This will be like the 10th time I visited the place, roughly about the fifth time I've come here in my coffee is unacceptable I will only request the Barista to remake it one time before I realize I'm beating my head against a brick wall, she didn't even ask what was wrong with it either she does these micro pumps of liquid little or not enough milk my coffee tastes ratchet to say the least and this isn't just singling out one barista my order is very simple a standard vanilla iced latte... don't expect too much here.
Update: I'm a glutton for punishment it seams, went back again today thinking i would have a better result, this time I ordered as usual , and the wrong size was made , I informed the team and the gentleman who made the drink decided he would take care of it by , not remaking the drink , but to remedy by asking if I'd love another shot, after i surely I asked them to remake it , Sorry I'm just very particular about a 7 dollar coffee that will probably be 8 dollar 2025 , but anyways the gentleman decided to frank-n-fix my vanilla ice latte , needless to say it was no bueno..
I asked then for it to be remade for real this time, and they obliged, I told her it was over milked and she informed it would taste the same, so I informed her if they didn't use as much milk it would taste different, . . . . so I thought . Well the final coffee was just made very poorly and I even feel it in a way it was out of spite they didn't care to make it properly... smh
So no I dont recommend going there wasting your money there for iced coffee drinks. No need for Starbucks to reply I will just goto another location to have it made.
Update fast forward 12-24-2024 Today I thought I just go treat myself to a coffee I stopped in and I saw the gentleman I don't like to make my coffee cuz he honestly that's a terrible job every time I come in and he's touching the coffee, today I decided to ask the Barista behind the espresso machine if he would be making my coffee he said he would be making my latte I said great I would like to place an order so I placed my order with the other gentleman and this kid just jumps to action to make my coffee like I totally specifically asked the other kid to make my coffee nicely, now I'm really just pissed off, cuz I have a real crappy coffee now and I have to go to another location to get it remade, thank you Starbucks you're doing a great job hopefully we do better 2025
12/27/2024 In line here waiting for th3 cashier to stop talking to the customer ... now for 5 minutes just sitting here waiting patiently, .. trying my best to shut my mouth and not be rude to old ladies talking... the cash is always rude never says hi and still while I write this review I am still in line learning about their lives .. she was ride so I was rude back

Read moreSo there is a lot to like about starbucks as a brand in general but ive found that this specific starbucks isnt up to par. The outside scenery is very nice but inside really needs alot of work.
To begin this location has cockroaches!!! I attached a photo of them in the bathroom. This is from today when i was there. This is my biggest concern and i dont really know if i want to be ordering from this location anymore.
If you cant passed this the music is always blasting louder than it should be in this location. I believe this is because the speakers are facing towards the seating tables but if u r an employee there is a wall separating the speakers from them. They might not realize it is just too loud.
Additionally if it is raining the glass ceiling panels in the greenhouse portion leaks in the corner. I get that it costs alot to fix but starbucks is a trillion $...

I observed a few employees speaking in another language (which I can understand) behind the counter, making inappropriate and degrading comments about customers. What stood out was that they were speaking openly, without any attempt to keep their remarks private. It seemed unlikely that they would make such comments in English, as customers would be able to understand them.
