I stopped in, asked if the manager or owner was around and rather then telling me their not available or not here I was met with rudeness and being talked to like I'm a child by your employee Shannon. We've opened several accounts with franchises and it always begins by talking to a manger who will talk to the owner/franchisee that can bring it up to the parent company. She instead looked at me like I'm stupid for explaining how it works and talked down to me with a tone I'd use to a child that peed themselves. I don't want any pushiment or something to come of this I just wanted to express how sad it made me that people in the same field as me can't take the 2 seconds to be kinder. I understand I was a salesman that walked in, but every manager/owner says my product is atleast unique and even if they don't work with me they consider me pleasant and enjoy the conversation. That's how most people facing jobs should be, put on a mask and eat your feelings for the few minutes you're with someone else. I got a mailer coupon for this place so I decided to check it out. The restaurant was nice, new, and super clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The menu had me cracking up. It said if you're new, they recommended one of the signature dishes. . . But there were only 4. You can build your own bowl or sandwich as well, but I opted for one of the signatures. It seems that for actual meat, you're getting either chicken or meatball.
I went with the chicken shawarma bowl and didn't expect much from it. I also got a side of babaganoush. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. The chicken was so tender and flavorful, and there was a lot of it. All the other sides that came in the bowl were plentiful as well. The babagaboush had such a rich and smoky flavor. And the seasons pita was perfect.
If you want some good chicken or eggplant, I'd recommend...

First and second visit was for a media preview and then the grand opening days later. Staff was so bright and friendly (just like the yellow bright colors inside) and the way they pushed out SO MANY orders so quickly was so impressive! The orders were accurate and tasted amazing! The falafel wasn't dry, the proteins, rice and veggies were all cooked to perfection, and the spices are a perfect balance (nothing overwhelming). The Ginger Lemonade is so refreshing, it's a must try! I highly recommend their rice bowls, more specifically the new Honey Harissa Steak Bowl...YES it has a spicy kick and the steak is so flavorful.
There are so many places to sit down inside and outside, and takeout is available as well.
Parking is in abundance here, this is a large shopping center and they are located on the end...
