One of the rudest experiences I have ever had as a customer. I was in there and purchased a coffee, and sat down to use their wi-fi to find my way home after a wrong turn. I hear them whisper amongst themselves saying "wow he didn't leave, lets turn off the internet; I bet he's on Facebook or something being a bum, go to a different store". One second late, one of the workers comes over and says "you can leave since the internet is down it will be a few minutes", then goes over and waits with her co workers until I leave.
I have never been as disrespected and unappreciated as I was today. As a corporate executive in every training class, were I am to describe my WORST business experience I will be sure to ALWAYS bring up how wrongly I was treated being that I was a minority. If I had gotten a pumpkin spice latte with uggs on, this would not have happened.

That is four pumps of hazelnut swirl and three cream. When I drink my coffee there is NO hazelnut swirl EVER! They always miss the most important part of my coffee and it honestly taste like they only put one cream in the coffee. Normally I would just except it but this was the last straw, I went inside to see the manager and explain to her that my coffee was incorrect and tell her about my past experiences.
