All Star Pizza - Penfield NY — Restaurant in Town of Penfield

Our first time ordering pizza from you was Monday, we got the large pizza 20 wing combo. I ordered it for my dad and coworkers and it was Awesome! I went home an bragged about it to my husband. Today, we got the same combo and a medium pizza for my kids and it was like card board crust. I cannot understand the difference and confused to how it can be so different. We are home in Greece and not very happy with what we came home with. What could have happened because I was looking so forward to ordering from you on my way home from work from now on? I thought it important to bring to your attention, thanks for your time. I tried to submit the above on your website multiple time and it would not go through. Following that I called the store and spoke to a manager to ask what could have happened and it is pretty clear they do not want regular business. I feel like spending $60 on food is a decent amount of money and am very disappointed that I was told I ordered it wrong by one person and that I had to specify what type of crust I wanted, and I was told by another person that the employee is supposed to ask me what type of crust I wanted. I have not been there before this week, I had no idea that pizza would come out any other way than traditional, unfortunately, I don't believe that we will be back. Delicious pizza! I love the thin crust. It's not so thin as to make the pizza soggy. Not at all! And the amount of toppings is just right! They don't skimp. Their wings are delicious as well. Nice and plump. Crispy on the outside. All the sauces are tasty! The garlic ones are the best! Very friendly staff. Fast delivery when we don't have time to pick-up. There's no seating in the place, it's just a little hole in the wall, those places are often the best as is the case with these guys. I get their salads too and they're very good. Lots of meats/toppings. And the lettuce isn't wilted by the heat of the pizza. The only thing u don't like is their onions. I'm a huge onion fan but I don't get theirs anymore. Buyer beware. The pizza isn't Terrible, but if you use a 3rd party delivery they will try to lie about how much everything costs. The 'manager' was extremely rude, might of been high or something, because he changed his story on the delivery services a few times. I kept my calm & at the end he was yelling about how all-star pizzas are normally $26 minimum.. Yet the menu on here says 16.99... then yelling 'did you eat any of the pizza? (repeating this a few times)' as if that has something to do with him trying to add $10 onto the bill, definitely not legal &... VERY SKETCHY all around. They delivered 1.1miles. Save yourself an hour hassle, let this place overcharge themselves out...
