It's a really nice place. There's a lot of fun places to go, and the people are relatively nice, and there's a lot to see in each store.
the 2 complaints aren't REALLY complaints, more bordering on the personal preference if I have to be honest. I feel there is enough plant life around the shops, stores and parking lots, to make them feel more welcoming but that's just me being picky if I have to be honest.
The other complaint would be that, you don't have to look far to see a rapper or a cup on the ground etc. it's not a dump, but it's not sterile either.
