Copy and Print services, Order online and your order will be ready within four hours. This morning, at 10am, I placed an order for ONE 24"x36" mounted poster. I arrived to pickup my order at 5pm. After the clerk searched for my order, he came across a scrap piece of paper laying on top of the printer with my order information. The clerk that received my order failed to call me during the SEVEN HOURS from the time I placed the order to the time I arrived, and inform me that they didn't have the proper ink to complete my order. The on duty clerk, was nice enough to contact other locations within the area, Webster and Victor declined to assist. The Henrietta location will try to have this completed by 9pm this evening. It is far too late to go to another vendor to have my order ready by the time I requested. No discount was offered, "excellent" customer service was not provided at all through this process, by any location. I would highly suggest to anyone considering to order their printing needs from Staples, to go elsewhere, or babysit your order to ensure the employees and the company are doing right...
   Read moreI went to Staples this afternoon to purchase some supplies for my business. I only purchased 2 items, exactly the same, which were discounted on the price tag by almost half. I had my business partner present with me and attempted to pay for both items on 1 card, where I encountered an issue when attempting to leave. The cashier, Diane, proceeds to inform me that I only purchased 1 item (at full price hence why I didnât question the amount) and the other item still needs to be paid for. I then told her about the discount and that there must be a simple misunderstanding. Diane goes on to make us feel like we are the problem and quite honestly a burden to deal with. Constant remarks were made and more than the average huffing and puffing.    Read moreThey will sell you a bogus warranty and then claim not to know anything about it. Hundreds $$$ down the drain ... I think the extended warranty was nearly 30% of the computer's price. We all know better than to buy these but I was assured this one would be honored in all but the most extreme circumstances. Nope. When there was an issue I got gas lit and pushed off. I never did get that call from "The Manager" that I was promised. In the end this all amounts to fraud.
I bought 3 laptops from this store in 4 years. Never again.
I'm leaving a couple of stars because the staff in the self-service printers and shipping area have been helpful...
