Joe's Brooklyn Pizza Webster — Restaurant in Town of Penfield

The other reviews are correct. I ordered my food online. The service let me spend $135 on pizza. I wait and hour. I drove to the place. Closed. Nobody in the shop. Door locked. I have had pizza from here before and it was good, if not a bit expensive. I honestly wouldn't bother getting pizza from here. At least have the decency to update your hours on Google. If you order through Slice and you find out the place is closed, if you call them they will cancel your order. So the only good thing about my experience wasn't even Joe's Pizza, it was the guy at slice who got me my money back and the FedEx guy walking by who told me the place sometimes randomly closes at 4. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU CALL AHEAD TO CONFIRM...

Very good pizza. But, WAY too expensive. It cost $33 for an XL pepperoni pizza and they don't give enough pepperoni (see pic half the pizza covered decently, but the other half skimped).

If you don't mind spending around $10 more for pizza and then feeling like you should get more for that money, try this place. Otherwise, give Pizza Stop a shot - same quality, but around $10 cheaper.

Note to owners - consider adding more toppings so the whole pizza is covered (see right side vs. left side in pic). At least then, if people are spending the extra money here, there would be no complaints about the pizza. Again, no knocks on taste just on...

Ordered my food online. Went to pick it up and found a paper note on the door which said Sorry we are closed for the day. I called them back the next day because they had charged my credit card and was told not to worry it would not go through. I checked my card the following day and noticed that the money had been charged to my credit card. I called Joe's spoke with manager/owner and was told I had to deal with the third party online that took my money but there is no way to get a hold of anybody. It was all done through Joe's website. At this point I have not gotten my money back....
